McDonald's Menu Prices at 2040 W Grand River Rd ★3.3 (1082)

- placed order at 1:29 pm. Half way through order, we were told to “hold on.” No one returned to finish the order for at least 3 minutes. Meanwhile the other lane continued to order and move forward. - when we got to food window, we told the employee that we did not need the drink carrier and she refused to keep it. - we were asked to pull ahead to wait for order to be completed. Before pulling ahead, we wanted to confirm that all (ordered) sauces were in the bag. The employee argued about what sauces we had ordered - even with them on the receipt. She rolled her eyes at us before telling us that she would ensure they were all in the bag. - we received our food at 2:06 (37 minutes after placing the order). - the employee who brought food out was pleasant and ensured us that everything was in the bag. - Shame on us for not double checking - we were missing straws for all drinks, and the sauces that were promised. Additionally all of the fries were cold and soggy and the hamburgers were so dry they tasted like they had been sitting for hours. - when spending $55.12 and waiting 37 minutes for fast food, I would expect it to be fresh and hot. - finally, while we were waiting for our food, we witnessed at least 4 cars exit the drive thru line before paying because the service was so slow.

Just went through the drive thru after placing a mobile order. Got home to find my Big Mac burger was TINY, overcooked and the bread was dry. I choked trying to swallow the one bite I took, even though it was mostly bread because the patty was so small compared to the usual ones. It was also hard. My son also complained that his burger’s patty was dry and hard…with super dry bread. Not sure what was up with tonight, but it is not usually anywhere near this bad. The positive side is that most staff is friendly.

This McDonald's used to have great customer service at night but lately that has changed. I go here 3-5 nights after work to pick up chicken nuggets and fries for my son and a hamburger for an older picky dog. On my last visit to this McDonald's I had the worst service ever. I pulled up to the drive thru, a women asked if I was using the mobile app. I said yes and gave her my code, the app confirmed she got it. The women then said someone will be right with you. A few moments later a guy came on and asked if I had been helped. I said a lady took my mobile app code but I still needed to order. He told me my code was no longer valid since I already used it (even though I had not ordered yet) I tried to explain I hadn't used it yet. He said well it's been used and I can't redeem the deal. He asked if there was anything else he could help me with. I said yes I would like to use my code for 20%off and order. He continued to argue. I tried to say I am not trying to be difficult and would like to speak to a manager. Then another employee came over the speaker and told me his manager told me to go home. That is the most unacceptable customer service. A manager then came over the speaker asked what the issue was. She was very nice. She ended up taking care of me. All I wanted was someone in the beginning to say sorry we are having a problem with the app let me see what I can do to help. To make the situation worse when I got home and unwrapped the burger it was all wet and something definitely seemed wrong with it. Needless to say I threw the food out.after 4 years of coming to this McDonald's 3-5 days a week I will now never return here. I will go the extra 5 minute out of my way to go somewhere else.

If I could give negative starts, I would. Every time I have ordered food from this location, the order was missing main items (entrees). Gave this location several chances since it is most convenient, wrong every time. Possibly the worst service of any McDonald’s in the area. Go to Chic Filet.

Idk how only ketchup and onions turned into ketchup and mustard. I didnt have time to complain and wait for new burgers. I chose mcdonalds instead of tacobell because its usually more accurate and faster. Now this has turned me off from mcdonalds for a while. I know they where busy but there is quality control with managers for a reason.
