McDonald's Menu Prices at 7685 West Broadway ★3.3 (1582)

I had literally the same experience as another person that left a review on here. I am incredibly angry right now. You cannot claim to be a 24 hour store if you are not open 24 hours. I worked at McDonald’s for six years doing overnights and we never closed. If there ever was a time that we were closed, we would at the very least put a sign on the window and in the drive-through, or we would put an automated message on the drive-through to let people know that we were closed as to not waste peoples time. But here all they do is ignore you and pretend you aren’t there. Also, you should not be able to order anything off the app if it cannot be served to you right away. I ordered on the app and got there at roughly 345. Sat in the drive-through nobody said anything I kept saying hello, nothing, so I pulled up to the first window. Nobody was there so I pulled up to the next window. I saw multiple employees inside, I mean even literally right next to the window. I know they saw me, I saw them look at me multiple times while Smirking and laughing. I honked my horn when they were right next to the window and they didn’t say a single word, just walked away. I yelled at them through the window when they were standing right there saying hello! Excuse me I paid for my order already! The least you could do is open the window and tell me what’s going on! I sat there for literally 45 minutes (not exaggerating) waiting for someone to even open the window and acknowledge me and nobody ever did. So I left to go get my boyfriend and came back and when I came back, they were open. They knew who I was immediately and we’re very rude to me and trying to ignore me and then when I got home after driving through a rain snow mix for 20 minutes come to find that they gave me literally half a flipping hash brown. Not to mention my hotcakes were nice and hard .That is beyond unacceptable first of all to ignore customers that paid for their food already and then just sit there and think you’re funny for giving them half a hash brown because you want to be a jerk? Absolutely pathetic. I will be contacting corporate over this because there is just no excuse for it.

Came here to get a 2 cheeseburger value meal and requested no onions since I am allergic. As the attached photo shows, they left on the onions and removed other ingredients that I had wanted to keep. Minnesota literacy at its finest.

If I could rate this place 1 star I would. Drive through sucks. The girl with red hair always has an attitude for whatever reason. I’ve come to this place many times but somehow they’re always missing food items. How do you miss another 10 piece nuggets to complete an20 piece? Also, there’s always some sort of wait to get your food. As soon as you get to the second window, they tell you to pull up and wait. You’re waiting from 5-10 minutes.

I work 2 jobs 12hrs/day, 6 days/week and still have to bring food home to my kids. Last night I stopped in to order two meals and two mcflurries for them all to split and got attitude and them talking shit in spanish while i’m sitting at the window (I’m african American who can speak spanish fluently. So I knew what they were saying) and when i got my food instead of saying “have a good night” or something, i got “you got the whole kitchen mad” and someone coming around back to laugh. Not to mention the order was wrong. fries were soggy and 3 of the burgers werent supposed to have pickles. They had pickles and the cheese burgers were smashed. Never coming back here again.

Clean all around they brought our food to our table pretty quickly after ordering and paying. I'd say within 10 minutes tops for them being semi busy I'm saying that's good. For me working in the restaurant business for 20 yrs I know how fast the lunch rush can just fall apart and u can fall behind. Great crew working yesterday top knotch times too when I was there. I give them an A++ for accuracy, sandwiches looked like sandwiches and not just thrown together, and timing was amazing. This crew needs a raise and more than $1.00 in my honest opinion. I will definitely come back to the Brooklyn park McDonald's not far from walmart
