McDonald's Menu Prices at 4565 Erin Lane ★3.3 (1257)

Today, I visited McDonald’s and placed a simple order consisting of two Kids Meals: one with a cheeseburger and one with a 6-piece chicken nugget. When I received my order, several items were missing. I contacted the restaurant by phone to report the issue. While I was explaining the missing items, they hung up on me . I called back, and they hung up on me again . This felt very unprofessional, especially considering I was simply trying to resolve an order issue. Because I was unable to get assistance over the phone, I returned to the restaurant. I asked who had answered the phone and why the calls were disconnected. The manager dilma I spoke with did not directly address my concern, laughed and speaking her native language to her peers and laughing they did not take the issue seriously. She also provided a different name than her actual one, which another manager later clarified was inaccurate. Thankfully, another manager—who was not in uniform at the time—stepped in and helped resolve the situation professionally. However, Dilma’s behavior was inappropriate, and she went as far as threatening to call the police even though I remained calm and was only requesting that my order be corrected. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated experience at this location. I have had multiple issues here in the past, including once receiving a cheeseburger without a meat patty. Due to the repeated problems and lack of professionalism, I believe this location could benefit from improved management and customer service training.

4th time with Food Inaccuracy. In the cities of Eagan AND Burnsville, this Locations ranks the LOWEST easily with Food Accuracy. Extra Means to Add, NOT Remove. Disappointing

Ordered 3 different meals through the app, drove home and realized they only gave us 3 fries. Was missing 2 burgers and 2 snack wraps. So I called and was sent a voucher in the mail for free items. Then today I went to go use the voucher and the manager was saying I still had to pay, she was getting angry as I remained calm and shut the drive thru window in my face, so I pulled forward and finally got our food after 10 minutes of holding up the line. Checked the bag and they didn't put 2 of the items in there that we ordered with the voucher. So I just went home, was done dealing with this. Then after eating 1 of the burgers it had pieces of long blonde hair in it and mind you nobody in my household is blonde. We then called to tell them and someone answered and listened to the issue but said to me "ok bye" and hung up immediately. I hope the owner of this company realizes what their employees do and how they treat customers. Very unprofessional and honestly after this, never eating from any of these McDonald's ever again.

I stopped by McDonald’s and had one of their burgers, and it was really satisfying! The patty was juicy, the bun soft, and all the toppings tasted fresh. It’s exactly the kind of classic burger you crave. I also highly recommend using the McDonald’s app it makes ordering so easy, and you can often get great deals or rewards. The service was quick, and the food came out hot and fresh. If you love a simple, tasty burger, this is a solid choice!

This one is usually good, but service has dropped significantly. Had to wait 15 minutes at the second window for decaf as my food got cold. Manager argued with me and then offered only a refund for the decaf. Make this right McDonald's. You're not special.
