McDonald's Menu Prices at 5500 Bandel Rd Nw ★3.4 (1473)

⭐☆☆☆☆ I recently visited McDonald’s and ordered a caramel iced coffee with extra caramel drizzle, excited for a sweet treat. Unfortunately, what I received was just a regular iced coffee with ice—not even a hint of caramel and no ice. I understand mistakes happen, but this was really disappointing. I paid extra for the caramel drizzle that never made it into my drink. I expected at least a little more care in preparing my order. I love McDonald’s for their convenience, but this experience definitely left me feeling let down. I hope they can improve on attention to detail in the future.

We stopped at the McDonald's at 5500 Bandel Road NW, Rochester, MN. We stopped for coffee and a breakfast snack and we were very impressed by this McDonald's. The counter staff was excellent very welcoming and attentive. The restaurant was well kept and clean, along with the bathrooms. They must have really good leadership and management. A+ RATING from me.

I have been to McDonald's all over this planet, United states and asia, and this is the worst single McDonald's I have ever been to in my entire life. They literally couldn't make a black coffee. How do you keep accidentally adding creamer to a black coffee? 4 times they made that coffee, 3 times there was either sugar or creamer. I once went through their drive-thru line four times for a single McChicken add cheese because they kept not adding cheese, and at one point they literally gave me a bun with just a slice of cheese on it. I once went through and asked for a plain fish fillet, and they literally just gave me the fish. Literally the worst McDonald's I have visited on the entire planet.

Took my kid here to sit inside and have dinner. Everything was either clean or being cleaned and wehn your about to eat that is always a nice feeling. All of our food was hot and as we all know that is not always the case at a fast food restaurant. This was a very pleasant experience for my son and me.

I was very disappointed in my visit to this McDonald’s and will spend the extra minutes to drive to different one. I ordered a Large Caramel Frappe because on the app and on the kiosk in McDonald’s said the Large came with a Monopoly sticker. It didn’t and I asked the younger lady upfront why it didn’t have one and she said it was only for the large drinks like tea and such. I then proceeded to tell her the app and their kiosk are wrong and I only got it because of the sticker. Then from the back I hear a younger man say if she wants the sticker so damn bad just give her the damn cup. I felt they just had very bad attitudes and were very rude to me for no reason. Good customer service has gone down and it’s honestly really sad. Too bad there isn’t a 0 star because they really deserve a 0.
