Second time in a row, my burger didn’t have any meat on it. Got all the way back to work and had no lunch. I tried calling the store and they insist that I come all the way back there to get a three dollar refund. Take your business elsewhere.

Always messing up the order, when it's literally spelled out in front of you. There is no point and even ordering through the app. I guarantee it's going to get messed up somewhere between giving them your order number and walking away with a product you THOUGHT you ordered.

I know managers read these for their location and I hope they read this review. Today I want through the drive through. The worker at the window a young girl with braids asked me to confirm my order and without thinking I said yes to an incorrect order, which is 100% my fault. She then ask a manager to do a refund. He was very rude to her. It’s possible he was just having a bad day, but I’m saddened that staff are being spoken to like that and hope y’all see this and apologize to her.

We ordered ahead to pickup breakfast before going to the airport. When we got there they didn't ask for our code just told us to pull around. We waited almost 10 minutes, decided to cancel our order and leave as there were 3 cars in front of us that hadn't moved. Previously, we've ordered ahead to pickup inside and they gave our food to someone else and hadn't checked the code. They did apologize and remade our food but overall, I would avoid this location if you're in a rush.

This place can be hit or miss on the food. Highly recommend going during busy times or you might get something that's been sitting awhile. Staff is always pleasant and efficient. I don't go very often but have never received a wrong order.
