McDonald's Menu Prices at 16170 Hwy 27 ★3.5 (851)

McDonald’s is a common stop on our road trips. The bathrooms are almost always clean, and the food is generally consistent. But not here. I guess I should have known I was in for it when the place was empty and one of the workers was asleep at a table. Either overworked or just eternally bored. The main room was spotless. The bathroom was a mess. I needed a Frappe since I had a long drive ahead, but their machine was down. No apology, just an off handed comment that the machine was down. My son needed a quarter pounder plain (he’s autistic so it MATTERS that it’s plain) but I asked for it plain and got a blank stare. I hate to be a ‘Karen’ (or whatever the male equivalent is) but I didn’t want the fight in the car. So I made sure I was clear what that meant. Meat, cheese, bun. I got an exasperated sigh as a response. I suddenly realized I was being ‘that’ customer, so I tried to defuse but she just looked bored. We got it plain, so I gave the food a 4star. Guys, I know I can be difficult. Other people can be hateful. But your smile, apology, and friendly attitude can make a difference in every life you touch.

We came here to dine, and I ordered the Quarter Pounder burger. The food was fresh and tasty — I really enjoyed it! One small suggestion: it would be great if they could offer an unsweetened iced tea option. The current sweetened iced tea was a bit too sweet for my taste. Overall, I had a good dining experience and would be happy to come back again — hopefully next time with an unsweetened tea on the menu!

Plenty of workers, all very nice and welcoming. I had placed my mobile order in the parking lot, went inside to use restroom, and food was waiting on counter for me! Extremely fast service. And on top of that the lady behind the counter surprised me with an unexpected treat. Very shocked at how nice and clean the restaurant was too. Definitely will stop by again if driving through Crystal Springs.

I ordered two big breakfast, we did not get our hash browns and ordered unsweetened tea got sweet. Would not complain but it was drive thru. Employees don’t seem to be trained at all.

From Jackson to McComb they not messing with this location off of I55 kudos to the manager and crew. I was quite surprised. Great job I will only come here from now on until I’m surprise somewhere else but I doubt it not a Mississippi pride for a clean professional Tasha was friendly. I wanted up spending $30 and I only came for steak bagel. Have a great day.
