McDonald's Menu Prices at 6579 Us Highway 49 N ★3.5 (1604)

We used the mobile app to make our order, after we placed it we pulled up to one of the mobile app spots. We ordered for 6 people which included a sandwich for everyone and hash browns totaling 14 hash browns plus a drink for each of us. We waited for 20 minutes then someone came out with a smaller bag which had just the hash browns in it she asked “did you order 14 hash browns” we replied “yes but with the sandwiches and drinks.” Then we had a back and forth with her saying all of it is in the bag and us saying this small bag cant fit 14 hash browns 6 sandwiches and 6 drinks. After the back and forth she went back inside then a few minutes later another lady came out with the rest of our order. We took it and she walked away but after what had just happened we decided to check it just in case and we were still missing a McMuffin. So we pulled around the drive thru told the guy we were missing a mcmuffin then went up to the last window and after showing the receipt we were IMMEDIATELY given the mcmuffin which told us that it was made but left out of the rest of the order. From placing the order to having all our food 30 minutes had passed. We were provided no apology for any of it. Even after all that every hash brown was so greasy that the parts that were in the little pouches were stuck and couldn’t be removed so most of them were unable to be eaten.

Came here to eat with my son's traveling through State went into the bathroom that urinal doesn't work the floors are completely disgusting the mirror has the grime on it and smearing all over it the toilet seat is completely broken with poop on it it hasn't been cleaned in at least two weeks whoever the manager at this place is definitely needs to be reprimanded or demoted because this is absolutely insane that he would let something like this happen

The employees were cussing and screaming at one another and threatening to harm others. Our food was RAW I mean mooing! We also waited 30 minutes on 2 hamburgers.

The food is been nice & hot the last few times that I been, so they getting much better with that but the kids are still too unprofessional with the foul language in front of customers and socializing in the lobby while customers wait for food or orders to be taken and some of those I seen waiting were first responders who do not get much time to eat so they do not have the luxury of waiting on people to play around while they wait for their food they want a chance to eat hot. The managers are nice people though and the employees are decent people they just need stricter guidance and tough love which is OK at a work place especially for younger employees who tend to be immature

Terrible service!!!! It’s happened several times. Our order isn’t right, they get mad if you ask for anything (that the forgot), and it’s just an overall terrible experience!!! After asking for extra sauce in our bag, the lady said “ok” and had us pull forward to wait. We ordered 3 McChickens with cheese. Guess what? ALL 3 made with no cheese. That sauce we asked for? Not 1 in the bag. So we went and asked for sauce. The lady was all huffy, gave us 1 and walked off. Wouldn’t come back. These people don’t CARE. They don’t care if it’s wrong, if they messed up, if we didn’t get our sauces… DO BETTER!!!! Terrible service, bad work ethics.
