McDonald's Menu Prices at 2465 W Main Street ★3.3 (1099)

I had gotten some quick dinner after work and swung by this McDonald’s and picked up the new Adult Happy Meal and some other things! When I checked my bag.. I was missing a few items., the gentlemen at the window was so kind and worked hard to fix my problems quickly during a little late night rush! The great customer service was very appreciated! And the New shake with the happy meal was fire!!

“Joc” was absolutely horrible. I hate seeing people like this in customer service. I had my kids in the play place while I ordered food, but it was freezing. I placed the order on the app, and when I went to go to the counter to pick it up, one of the managers met me at the register. I told her that it was freezing in the play place, and she said she’d turn the air off. Cool, right? Well, she went to go tell one of the other managers, and I guess he didn’t realize I was standing right there, so he said, “I don’t care.” I said, “Oh, wow!”. That’s when he realized I was there and turned around to say he was just playing. Anywho, I waited on my kids food, and he was the one to set it on the counter, but it had a white milk, instead of the chocolate milk I ordered. I asked him if I could get a chocolate milk, and apparently, I did something wrong, because he had an attitude with me, and said, “GIRL!”, as if I was bothering my him bu asking for the drink I ordered. I went off. I have worked in customer service for many, many years, and to see people like this, working for businesses that I support, is just disgusting. I took my kids out, and won’t be back.

Nuggets are inedible. Swore they didn't have beef, but would have some in a little while, that "someone had to get some from another store." Crew was huddled at food assembly table laughing, pointing, staring, and making fun of the customers in drive-thru ; as customers, we felt as if they refused to make our order for burgers, and claimed they didn't have beef. Unreliable is not the word for it. Was not treated the way they would treat their friends or family.

The staff at this McDonald's is the worst! They stand around talking and joking. A customer said he stood for 10 minutes and finally sat down. The Emergency Alert went off on the Play Area and it took the Manager at least 5 minutes to respond...is there NO oversigh/spot checking by Management..

Service here sucks. Have been waiting on our order for 30 minutes now. Workers need to do better. I've worked at McDonald's before and these people don't know what they're doing.
