McDonald's Menu Prices at 100 Old Sugar Creek Road ★3.5 (1310)

Came through gave them a code at the drive through no line no problems right? Somehow took no onions as make sure there is so much onion and biscuits with an extra gravy only get him a half a scoop and leave out the extra side of gravy. Paying 20 bucks for 2 combos and getting half the food wrong and the other half missing crazy

Whoever is the manager to this location needs to be fired or something. There ain't no way that it's been this long that you're fries still suck and aren't fresh even when you ask for them to be fresh. (Which you shouldn't have to do,they should always give you fresh fries not old ones.) I even went there during lunch time and the fries still are not fresh. I don't see how the manager still has a job when their employees are still giving out old fries 2 years later lol. The High Ridge location is better.

Paid $0.40 (and rounded up) for extra drizzle on my free frappe. No greeting or nothing, she just sticks it out the window and says “Have a good day.” This is what she gave me. I asked “Extra drizzle?” And she snapped “It’s on top.” I just drove away. Not worth the fight at 6 in the morning but cmon 🥴 I used to be a manager a McDonald’s, we both know this isn’t extra at all. I didn’t get her name or anything, but do better.

Please save your time. We live less than a mile from this location, They don’t update their online menu to reflect items they are out of. Corporate clearly states that I should not be able to order items that are out of stock and I have not had this issue at other locations. Here is the quote from corporate about what happens when food is unavailable. “What if I was charged for a product that is not available? The McDonald's app will label products that are currently unavailable for specific locations to prevent you from ordering those products. If you attempt to reorder an item that contains multiple products, where one or more of the products is unavailable, you will need to remove the unavailable products) before your order can be completed.” The McDonald’s location at 100 old Sugar Creek Road in Fenton Missouri. Doesn’t think that they need to update their menu. We really should just go to a different location, but the others are further away. So since we do go here so much we have seen this issue MONTHLY. and to make it worse, when the issue happens, this location will not refund you for your online order. They will only refund you for whatever item it was that they were missing and insist that you must pay for the other items. This is unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Save your time go somewhere else.

Me and my girlfriend have been going to this Mc Donalds for a while now and honestly its the only one we like going to, They always treat us kindly and today they went above and beyond with our food making sure it was hot and fresh and speaking to us with kindness the entire time. Im more then highly satisfied with this establishment and I plan on going many more times
