Absolutely horrific "service." Always make me pull forward and wait minimum of 10- 15 minutes or more for a quater pounder with cheese meal. They NEVER have it together here, and they simply could care less. Employees seem to hate their jobs, and you will not get your simple order in a timely manner. I am writing this at 5:10 on Saturday 12-27-2025. We have decided to get a refund after waiting more than 15 minutes and will not come again to this location.

Ordered drive thru, a fish filet and 4 pc chicken strips. Got home and they gave me chicken nuggets instead of strips. I wouldn’t normally complain, but I paid an extra $3 for strips that I did not get….pissed!!!

Came here on Halloween after trick or treating with my two young kids. The girl at the second window asked me to pull up and then proceeded to forget about me while I watched about ten cars pass me. I had to call for them to remember. The girl in the clown costume walks out with an attitude helps the car behind me first even though I was waiting there longer and proceeded to give me my order expect everything is wrong. My kids food wasn’t plain and my burger had onions even though I ordered it with only pickles. Some of the worst service I’ve ever received. Truly disappointed tonight and definitely won’t be coming back. Do better McDonald’s. If you want disrespectful service and like to waste your money, then this is the place for you.

Service was horrible had to wait 20 minutes in the line and watched four or five people get their food before me when I received my food. It was very cold and not fresh. Not to mention. I ordered a caramel frappe with extra caramel, and it literally had one line of caramel in it. I had asked them to add a little bit more because it’s a 30 or 50 cent up charge, they refused. worst McDonald’s in Jefferson County. You guys need to start being more like Festus.

Went through the drive thru for dinner this evening. Only received one straw for 2 drinks. Instead of complaining I went inside for a straw only to hear someone to instruct another person to :spit on the bacon for that quarter pounder with cheese". I immediately heard someone yelll :BLAKE". I certainly checked my quarter pounder with cheese for spit. I asked the young man who brought our order out if they actually had. He responded with i don't think so. I won't be back. I didn't complain at the time because I wasn't going to give them a chance to do anything to my food.
