Our 4 year old granddaughter loves McDonald's and we were in the area of 103rd and Stateline. I her excitement she knocked her chicken mcnuggests to the floor. I went back to the counter to buy her more. The young lady talked to her manager before placing my order and they handed me new nuggets at no charge. So nice of them! We did pick the others up and throw them away. Thank you so very much!!

Has a drive-through with 2 ordering stations. No sign to inform customer to pull ahead. The food is always hot and the drinks and some desserts in season (cones) are cold. There is still a hassle when an adjoining business has a customer drive squarely into the oncoming one-way 2-lane back entrance. The exit should be walled off or signs placed at the entering adjoining exit from the adjoining business. 2-lane entrance off 1O3rd with 103rd Street's 2-way traffic tough to overcome with three different eyes needed. Youngsters 4 and under should be carried in with a hands-on controlled approach and also into the out-of-doors--> STEEP STEPS ON THE NORTH ADIT / EXIT... VERY DANGEROUS!!!

I ordered curbside pickup through the app. I was parked in my spot waiting when they started shouting at me from the drive thru that I should come over there and how "I don't bite". I ordered curbside pickup for a reason. I am tired and not interested in speaking to anyone outside of a "thank you". It is not on me that YOU didn't want to come outside and bring the food to the curbside spot. Thanks for making me feel like shit because I used a feature on YOUR APP.
