It’s McDonald's, the original fast-food pioneer, so you know what to expect in terms of speed and consistency. They move orders out quickly, and the food was just as expected. This particular location has about a 3 out of 5 cleanliness feel. Not terrible, but you can sense that some employees may be lacking motivation at times. That said, it’s not an easy job working in fast food, and I can appreciate the effort from past experience. On my first visit here, the workers were very friendly. The bathrooms and lobby were clean, and the lady behind the counter was smiling, which is always a great sign. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I will come back again.

So everything I ordered, I ordered no mayonnaise on all my cheeseburgers tonight. What I got though is every cheeseburger had mayonnaise on it. I went back up to take my two sons cheeseburgers and tell them no mayonnaise and thank you. Came back home they had no mayonnaise on theirs then I finally got to my food that clearly had a receipt on it saying no mayonnaise but had mayonnaise all over it that cost me $14 which is a quarter pounder deluxe. The only thing McDonalds got right was the sprites.

Went here for breakfast and they don't have trays for dine in customer said the Mgr. Two ladies claimed they were Mgrs. Mgr with glasses said she didn't care about the review I was giving her...so here it is. The tables were also dirty.

The food was great, however I ordered a sprite with no ice and the cause me a cup that was about a inch from the top then the drive thru lady got a attitude when I asked if she can fill my cup up like I was inconveniencing her.

I love this location. But the customer service has gone down the hill for the past, several years. I ordered medium fries, and this is what I got. Fries aren't fresh and the portion is too small! Asked to have a replacement of fresh fries, with the right proportion. No! I tasted one fry for freshness. It wasn't fresh. I agree with the employee who called out cross contamination. But he could've recommended replacing my fries. Ugh!
