McDonald's Menu Prices at 3301 County Rd 211 ★3.7 (2419)

Genuinely the best McDonald's I've been to in Missouri. The food here tastes more seasoned than normal and just overall better. Idk what they put in my coffee to make it so good, but I'm gonna miss it since I'm just passing through.

Friendly staff The size of the parking lot is quite large so I'm assuming they get busy. It is a traditional McDonald's. Everything on the menu the same at all the other McDonald's. Is kids friendly. They have outdoor dining

What a joke, not even a 1/4 of an egg on an egg McMuffin and charged $1.50 extra for the meal drink which is supposed to be included. Someone needs to sue for false advertising because this looks nothing like their picture. Last time eating this BS at Mcd

Honestly, this was just a great experience! Working at McDonald's is hard, but the service here was amazing even though it was kind of late! They were so kind I also got extra onions on my burger, and they completely delivered! Better than most other McDonald's I've had. And they were also pretty speedy with the food! Probably the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Definitely better than the one near Fulton.

The reason why I rated the service at one star today was I pulled around to the second drive-thru I sat behind another lady almost 3 min and then I saw her drive off. I pulled to the order screen and sat another 3 min no answer. So obviously nobody's answering that one okay Mark it off with a cone or something. so I asked when I got around the building I got my order placed if they were not answering the second drive through. No answer I got asked what they could get me. Then when I got to the first window and paid I asked were they not answering it and I got my change no answer. The fact that a manager didn't come to that window at that point and apologize at least is the most unprofessional thing that I have seen at a McDonald's. I was a manager at McDonald's for 3 years and I know damn well that they know better. I'm going to leave it at that for now. Put a damn cone in front of the one you're not going to answer. It's a Monday lunch rush . Where was the GM when this was going on??. 11:19 am ?? And in response to the response they sent below sea unfortunately in the real world you don't get to control everybody's opinion nor do you get to choose who chooses to rate the experience that they had at your restaurant. I'm sure you would love for no negative opinions or negative experiences to appear on Google however they occur. I'd have responded with a simple understanding of how a tiny cone lets customers know not to go to that line and how next time it will be used. As opposed to people sitting at a screen not being answered and no accountability. I'm not looking for a free meal. My 5 star experience is when customer service is executed correctly the first time or at least simply apologized for and corrected. 20 years i managed fast food places and I promise you you can check the quality of my work spoke for it's self. 💯
