McDonald's Menu Prices at 9530 Black Oaks Lane ★3.4 (1691)

Employee would not take my order. Insisted I use kiosk instead. Offered to show me how to use it. I know how to use it, but prefer human interaction. Ketchup dispenser was out. When I informed the person that brought my food to the table, he said he would gladly bring me some. He never returned. Also there was a stereotypical issue that occurred, but didnt go beyond a verbal back-n-forth. If you insist on McDonald's, best use the drive-thru.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This McDonald’s drive-thru is not a drive-thru — it’s a well-oiled masterpiece, and Austin Henry is the engineer behind it all. The second he took my order, the line moved faster, the energy shifted, and I felt a deep sense of trust I usually only reserve for doctors and mechanics. Clear, friendly, flawless communication. Zero mistakes. Zero chaos. Pure excellence. When I pulled up, Austin handed me my food like he personally ensured every single item met a gold standard. Fries were hot and perfect, order was dead-on, and the whole interaction somehow managed to be fast and genuinely pleasant — which is rare at any drive-thru, let alone a busy McDonald’s. The man has unmatched control of the window. Austin doesn’t just keep the drive-thru moving — he carries it. If he’s working, expect speed, accuracy, and a weirdly elite experience that makes you sit in your car afterward like, “yeah… that was different.” Promote him, protect him, and never let him leave that window.

90% of the time I order at this location there is something missing from my order. Last time it was both my fries, the time before that it was my cheeseburger. Another time my pancakes,This time it’s both my mc chickens. I try my best to give grace to people but when I can’t even get a refund or cant contact the store to figure something out it makes me not wanna come back to this location.

Been shorted food 3 times in last 2 months, how hards it to count and fill orders. I guess ill drive the extra miles to go to the other Maple Grove McDonalds. Order 4 and get 2. Seriously how hards this job.

I hate modern mc Donald's dine in experience. one of the pillars that made McDonald's what it is was customer service. no one working the lobby having everything automated means zero customer service and a cold experience. service! stale buns. frys are just not as good as they once were dropped from 2 stars to 1 star. slow sevice! Mcdonalds when did you stop caring lol every time I eat at your restaurant it feels like your mad at me... like you no longer care what I think about you or how you treat us lol are we fighting?
