McDonald's Menu Prices at Billings — 59105 ★3.6 (1662)

New management and the service has changed. I hope im never disrespected again because I won’t tolerate it again . I’m turning on my camera and I’m going OFF! Nobody should be yelled at , made to wait 15 minutes for promo codes etc . I appreciate the efforts taken to correct the matte and I’m HONEST/ KIND enough to reflect the POSITIVE changes so I’m in HIGH HOOPPPPPES THE EMPLOYEES KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE (EVERYONE) 🙃 The service here is terrible. You have to wait so long to get things and then you have to deal with an attitude when they don’t perform properly. They always get my caramel macchiato wrong… I always drive to Central Avenue to go get my coffee remade by their manager, Kayla. It’s really sad that I have to drive 6 miles across town to get a coffee made properly. On top of the old woman who is at the front counter it’s so disrespectful. They moved her from the front counter because of her attitude and she is now in the drive-through and she sits on a chair and takes orders and still gives people grief. I walked in today and used my app, it glitched on me twice and I waited 15 minutes in between ordering my items. On top of waiting 15 minutes for my coffee to be remade so the app could work and I can earn points, they made my coffee wrong. They didn’t put cream in my coffee and I get it made the same way every single day…. I don’t know if this woman is racist or what her personal issue is with me, but I have only lived in Billings Montana for a year and I am tired of dealing with her attitude when I want to eat fast food. I typically don’t pull the race card, but when I’ve done nothing wrong, and I keep being met with an attitude and being disrespected for no reason? I remember the color of my skin and where I’m located . The GM HERE , the other staff members? GREAT . She’s a bad apple and 1 bad apple CAN SPOIL THE BUNCH!!!

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been in. Order a chicken wrap with cheese and two pieces of bacon, waited 15 mins for the food and wasn’t even fresh as you would expect with that wait time. Please see photo for said wrap. Food wasn’t even wrapped up right. Stale and cold. Avoid!

2nd time here(from out of town) staff and food wonderful. ALWAYS big smiles and willingness to serve. Enjoyed both our visits ... will be returning often!!

False advertising. It says 6 dollar, 20 pc chicken nugget meal. When I ordered the "meal deal", it came to almost 12 dollars! Great bait and switch there guys. Will not be coming back. For THAT price, I will stay home and cook, or grill. Im not paying 12 dollars for something I can MAKE at home for a fraction of the price, AND BETTER quality!

Absolutely awful if I could leave zero stars I would… after waiting 25 minutes for my order they can’t even read the order and give me the correct items.
