McDonald's Menu Prices at Durham — 27704 ★3.3 (1613)

I eat here everyday. I'm actually here right now! I come here practically every morning. But yesterday, and not unusual, lobby has ppl waiting, managers will look you dead in your face and say ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! No "I'll be with you in a moment," nothing! But this morning, I have a different complaint. I was highly offended when I heard it. So, it's myself and two hispanic customers. One went to the kiosk, one finally got waited on. A black guy comes in, and after waiting his many minutes he called out to the black manager with the dreds. He asks "Is y'all lobby closed?" She said "No, I'm working." He asked was there no other help. Her offensive response was: "No, you see the ethnicity in here." Let me first say how truly inappropriate that was to say on any occasion for any reason. She would not have her job past today if I were her manager. Because while this McDonald's is predominantly Hispanic, the majority of them are bilingual!!! There are enough racist problems in the world 🌎. Don't add to them. Your lack of customer service skills has nothing to do with who works in that building!

arrived 35 minutes before closing. waited all the way through an extremely slow line only to get to the speaker and be told they were closed. it's an extreme disservice to customers to not only have them wait in a line that long, but also not even service them after the fact, and be so abruptly dismissive of their service. the manager, Juan offered no solutions at all and I'm left with no choice but to take my review publicly. extremely disappointing experience all around.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. 20 minutes in drive through with their staff congrgating at the front while customers waited to be served. Customers were repeatedly ignored, orders were incorrect and the staff is unwilling to actually work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!

I drive up to place an order because I see employees inside, the see me at the window because no response where they take your order. I drive to the window, they see me and ignore me and keep working, I move to the second window and again they see me and ignore me. Finally I get someone attention and they says closed, they have a line of cars also. No sign or anything that’s says they are closed or opening later. Usually when the store is closed the app will indicate that and not take my money. Very unprofessional at this location. If they aren’t open then they need to post it so nobody is sitting in the drive through waiting!!

This restaurant always has a big wait time I spend atleast 15 minutes each time waiting on food. Had an incident last night they had me pull forward and forgot I was there I had to keep knocking on the window for help. They piled my bag of 3 orders leaving a couple items off. Nuggets tasted like they’ve been sitting out for awhile but the worst of it they gave me a quarter pounder that was not ready. Highly dissatisfied and.will not be returning to this location even though its closest to home.
