McDonald's Menu Prices at 8620 W Cheyenne Ave ★3.6 (1732)

The restaurant was very dirty. They had wet floor signs all over the place I even had to point out to them that they have water on the floor the manager was in the back standing on food on the floor and I asked her a question and she just shine me on like whatever and you're just a customer a customer that doesn't win eating a dirty restaurant at McDonald's that's one of the worst McDonald's right there the manager should not be able to stand there stepping on french fries and food while you just worrying about the next order but you're not worried about the cleanliness of the business.

Ordered quarter pounder with no cheese. Get home, it has cheese! How hard is it. The screen says it, the receipt says it, the sticker they put on the box says it. Good Lord Almighty!

This McDonald's is very clean and tighty. I was impressed with the customer service that I received this afternoon. I am blown away how amazing the application is. It gives great deals. Free food almost every day. Great prices. 👍 The only thing i would say they need to do is turn the air conditioning on. It was extremely stuffy and humid inside. Keep up the great work guys.

I ordered through drive thru. When I got the fist window to pay, I asked the worker if I can use my deals from the app she said no. Then I just asked her to repeat my order she gave an attitude. Definitely need to get retrained for customer service. Her name starts with W. Won’t be coming back here anymore.

This location is typically a 4-5 star spot but it’s been getting worse and worse that I had to voice my opinion and leave a 1. The old Hispanic guy should not be operating the drive through. It makes no sense why someone hard of hearing is doing the only job that involves listening but today it got worse. The old guy struggles taking my order as usual asking me to repeat digits for my code or repeat what drinks I order. So after that debacle I go to pay, I ask if I can pay with Apple Pay he says yes and sticks out the keypad for me to touch pay. As I’m pulling up my Apple wallet he pulls it away and starts taking another order. As if I didn’t meet his speed. So now I have to wait for the people behind me to order all while the drive thru in front of me has cleared out. He sticks the keypad out finally and pay and he tells me “you have no money” you need $14……. My order was $13 and some change. So I ask him what he means ? And then of course the language barrier. I told him my order was $13 not $27 and that he must of charged me for the new order he started taking …… he says he “fixed it” and tries to charge me for my correct order…. But obviously I’m aware I just paid $14 towards someone else’s food and I need this rectified. so I wait for the manager to come she fixes it. Says something about I have to pay now with a different payment because she has a line. What??? Embarrassing
