McDonald's Menu Prices at 9566 W Skye Canyon Park Drive ★3.3 (337)

I’ve been to many McDonald’s locations, but today at the Sky Canyon McDonald’s I met Mayhem, who truly stood out! She was incredibly patient, energetic, and enthusiastic, and even helped me fix an issue with my app. Her service was absolutely amazing! I really hope the manager gives her a big round of applause — she deserves it! I’ll definitely come back because of her!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received during a recent 3/2/26 visit around 9:30 PM on the night shift. The manager on duty, Marvey, handled my concern in a way that felt dismissive and unprofessional. After getting home, I realized that my nuggets were missing from my order. I called the restaurant to explain the situation. Marvey informed me that I would need a receipt. I explained that I believed it might still be in my car. I also asked if the fries could be remade, and she stated that I would need to bring the entire meal back to the restaurant. When I returned to the location, I decided to request a refund instead, as the interaction over the phone had already left me feeling uncomfortable. I respectfully mentioned that I felt she was rude during our call. Her response was, “Why? Because I asked you for your receipt?” which came across as dismissive rather than addressing my concern. I understand that policies must be followed, including providing a receipt. However, customer service is also about tone, professionalism, and showing empathy when resolving issues. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that standard. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers are treated with more courtesy and understanding.

We love McDonald’s but this store seems to push people away. Occasionally they will give away free fries or you can use your points for free fries. But the fries are half sized Every time. If you order a large you get a medium in a large container. If you order a medium it comes in the proper container but you need glasses to look into it to see any fries. Now when you pay for fries, life is great! You get the standardized McDonald’s proper portion. This particular McDonalds is the only one I know of to do this and they have taught their employees this ever since they opened a couple years ago. Sad, real sad.

went through the drive thru with my sister with a mobile order. they handed us our drinks, told us to park, didn’t say where. when we asked for clarification they shut the window on us and didn’t repeat themselves. we pulled up to the second window and sat there for 5 minutes, nobody opened the window, we then pulled up to one of the drive thru reserved spots, sat there for longer, nobody came out to give us our food. had to go inside to get our order. 2 ladies standing in front of the online order pickup area, both looking upset that i came up to them. told them our situation, one of them asks if i have my receipt, i very nicely tell her that i dont because my sister mobile ordered it, but i give her the name of the order. she gets annoyed that i dont have my receipt on me, goes and annoyedly gets the order. get home to eat it and all the food is cold as if it sat there for a long time and was forgotten about. will not be returning to this location. staff was rude and food was not good. will be going to the centennial location instead.

We've gone here a few times now. The first was when they just opened. It was probably the first week. I remember we ordered chicken nuggets. In the order we had 4 out of 10 nuggets, it looked like they were put into the fryer twice. So we received some fresh fried nuggets and some old nuggets that sat around and then re-reheated. Lovely, I know. Then we have gone for breakfast a few times. Our orders have always been perfect, no issues in the a.m. Then tonight we order dinner, all the sandwiches were good. No real issues. A little sloppy but it's expected. But we ended up getting 2 strawberry pies also. Well they must think they are slick and they took off the stickers from the enjoy by time. So we received some hard, old, cold, expired pies. McDonalds, your late crew is pretty darn bad about following proper health code procedures. Stop trying to penny pinch. If you keep it up, you will get someone sick. My next email is going to Ronald and corporate. Because you've given us old food twice now, which means someone in that restaurant is telling employees to do that and that doesn't fly.
