McDonald's Menu Prices at 680 Promenade Blvd ★3.5 (1427)

I hate writing these for any business, but this McDonalds is the worst one I have ever experienced EVER. 40 plus years, and there is no worst chain. My issue happens every Tuesday at 10:30pm. I place a mobile order, and go through drive-tru. I’m greeted by the automated message asking will I be using the app. I say “yes” and relay the number. Then radio silence for about 2 minutes. Me saying “hello”, and no response. I then drive to the window, as they refuse to acknowledge my existence. Not even a simple “please hold”. Nothing. They then scramble to get my order. This happens every week, at the same time. Now this time, an older lady in the back proceeds to blame me for not saying anything at the order line. That spurred me to write this review. Now there are two possibilities here: 1) This chain has a broken intercom system that they neglected to fix for months, as this happens weekly. Or 2) Their staff is WAY understaffed or they lack proper educate to say “please hold/one moment please” They leave you twisting in the wind, unsure what you should do. If I didn’t use the mobile app and prepay; I would just drive away each time for not acknowledging a customer. I will have to bypass this store, and drive to another location if they don’t correct this. This is not a “One off”. This is every week at the same time. Worst run store in my forty plus years of any chain.

My experience here was very good. The staff were supportive, polite, and carried out their responsibilities effectively. The surroundings looked well maintained and created a comfortable environment. I appreciated how organized everything felt, which made my visit simple and enjoyable. The atmosphere was peaceful, and nothing felt rushed or stressful. It’s always nice when a place manages to deliver quality without unnecessary complications, and this one did it well. I left feeling satisfied and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for dependable service and a pleasant setting.

I’m sorry, I’ve accepted that this food chain has adopted a gray prison like sterile design scheme, but this location goes way beyond that, chose to dine in, mistake! One straw for 2 iced coffees, no napkins, no ketchup. I’m willing to go get them myself, but nothing available anywhere. So I stand at the counter for 10min before someone acknowledges my presence, (remember the old days when they actually had cashiers at the counter) ask for napkins and ketchup, have to wait another five minutes as she decides to have a conversation with her coworker, then I get 3 ketchups, and 2 napkins, what she did give me enough of, was attitude. I give up, never this location again!

I had one of the worst experiences at this McDonald's yesterday. I ordered a McChicken meal, and the chicken was clearly undercooked—it tasted awful and unsafe to eat. On top of that, I ordered cookies, and they were stale and hard, like they had been sitting out for way too long. The overall quality of the food was incredibly disappointing, and I expected better from a brand like McDonald's. This was an overall frustrating experience, and I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

Can’t understand how it’s supposed to be fast food but you wait 20-30 minutes for your mobile order. And when you complain the staff is rude and nasty. The food is cold when you finally get it which is weird if they don’t have it ready when you are told to head to pick up.
