McDonald's Menu Prices at 2024 Rt 1 S ★4 (1806)

One item in my order was “$6 McDouble Meal Deal”, but they gave me the cheaper McChicken instead on Wednesday! Also, they didn’t give me a small unsweeted iced tea (I forgot to ask them when getting my food on drive-thru). Emailed to Customer Care… they kicked back my case to the store. The store manager called to ask me tons of questions regarding my payment method! I did provide her as requested… Today I still don’t see any refund nor response from her or McDonald’s Customer Care! I’ve never had such bad experience with any other fast food stores. Bad service overall. UPDATED: To the owner – I saw your response here. McDonald’s Customer Care Team is a joke. I tried to follow up with them today but received this response, “Due to not receiving a response in the past 72 hours, this case has been closed. To re-open this case, please submit a new case via the Contact Us Form.” I wish I would be able to give them ZERO star of service. No wonder why customers are leaving McDonald’s.

The delicate communication in placing an order is non-existent. All I asked to do was to make a breakfast sandwich meal without a particular ingredient. They said that I would have to order it individually. It makes no sense. Just take the egg off OR don't put the egg on. Please just make the sandwich and don't give me egg. I don't understand what the issue was. Why charge me $3 more because I don't want something? It makes no sense. I didn't even ask them to replace the egg with something else. Nor did I ask them to add another topping. All I asked them to do is not give me the egg. Do you have pre-made food and warm it up for people? All that needed to be done was make the sandwich without egg. That's it. This still confuses me. Now I have to dig through the sandwich and separate the egg from the melted cheese. They didn't ask me to pull to the side, making the line super long during the situation. Now YOUR service numbers go down & your other drive-thru customers are upset. WTHeck, it was an easy ask. A simple "We do not have an option for a sausage & cheese biscuit meal. You may order the sausage, egg and cheese meal & remove the egg, but the price remains the same." would have been great. When I asked them to do the above, they said 'no we can't do it. You have to pay separately.' If I ordered a quarter pounder meal without pickles, would there have been the same issue? 🤷🏾‍♀️

Ordered larges fries & this is what i get. Poor service.

Every time I go to this location the lines of the driveway takes a while and I don’t understand the person that takes my order so well.

We ordered through the App 2 breakfast. Went to pick up and when we got home noticed that only one was inside the bag. We had to go back to find out that the girl forgot to put it inside. While eating, I found a piece of some plastic, I continued eating to then find a hair inside the egg. I stopped eating there, then the other breakfast had a piece of hair too inside the pancake. WHAT in the world? Really? One hair can be an accident, but 2??? Disgusting 🤢
