McDonald's Menu Prices at 5301 Quail Nw ★3.6 (1755)

At Coors Blvd and Quail Rd NW. Stopped by the drive up for a quick pickup.Very good employees, the young lady at the window was dressed up for Halloween as a crayon.I asked if I could take her picture as I was going to rate this location.as very good, sure she said! I told her I rate different places on Google Map with way over a million views+photos.

What was going on tonight around 7:30pm?? It was crazy! I ordered a Big Mac with Mac sauce on the side and a McChicken with cheese. Small and simple. I got the big Mac with sauce in it instead of on the side (I said it twice). So I gave my bag back. Was told to park in a numbered waiting spot. No biggie. He came out and the McChicken was missing. He went back to get it. Finally got it all for what I thought was right but in the parking lot I had 0 cheese on the Big Mac and 0 cheese on the McChicken! What the heck lol were yall out of cheese or something?? The McChicken is somewhat understandable it doesn’t typically come with cheese, but the Mac does! I finally gave up and just added my own when I got home! For $11 and something cents for a burger and a sandwich you’d think it would be what you paid for….

Waited for over 10 minutes although I placed my order on the app. In the end for my order to be sitting on the back counter. Manager seen my family and I waiting at the counter but didn’t even bother to ask what I was waiting on- though we did need to use the restroom and needed a code. Poor customer service in the dining area and drive thru as customers kept coming in stating items were missing from their order. Food quality was also poor as our nuggets didn’t look appetizing and fries were not good.

Don't bother using the curbside pickup method when you order on the app. They will not bring it out to you. After a while you'll get tired of waiting and either go inside or to the drive-thru; which is ultimately what they want but won't tell you.

I normally go into this location and service and food is usually good. This morning in at 415 am, the breakfast meal was really off tasting. Like the food was perhaps expired? Didn't taste right so I discarded after the first bite hoping I dont get sick. I did ask for cream and sweetener and I never get it in my coffee but I usually just let that slide. But since im writing this, why not input it. Mickey Ds is usually consistent, but not today.
