McDonald's Menu Prices at 300 E 204th St ★3.9 (1456)

I live in the area for years and I have seen this McDonald's go for ok to worse. Too many times I've received cold food, freezing hot coffee, on occasion uncompleted value meals both breakfast and lunch. And the staff has gone from slow to nonexistent, I've have waited for my order or just watched as my food got colder as it just sat there for an extended time. I have watched as staff just stands there and converted among one another as patrons wait for their food to be made or even handed to them. I have spoken to management staff too many times and nothing has improved. Im sorry but its like being held hostage due to this being one of the few fast food options in the area.

I went to this branch by pure chance because an establishment near which I was going was not providing service, so I thought about eating before leaving the area. I entered, and I was received by a very friendly and willing staff with everyone, even with the children present, and an excellent mechanism enabled to take orders. The place is very clean, and they even have a good playlist :) I enjoyed it a lot.

The employees are always nice . But idk what it is I been coming here for a long time . Last few times food sent my entire family to the bathroom . Never coming here again . They also always give you old hard fries ? Should be fresh fries every time like other McDonald’s? The burgers have been tasting weird too . Need to get your quality back up

I've been coming to this mc Donald's for 5 years plus and there is only a small amount of times where I am not disappointed. I'm always given old fries and nuggets through uber eats or they constantly forget to pack me something , including my straws. This smoothie has done it for me, this is so disgusting, they don't clean their machines, I want to throw up. And maybe open an investigation on this mc Donald's location bc this is quite disgusting

This was my first time eating at this location. I'm not big on fast food but I was hungry. I like how the digital kiosk systems works. Fast easy to use. No wait, no hassle. They bring your food to you. That's a plus. The food is the usual , this time I had gotten the butter milk chicken sandwich. It was good, dry but flavorful.
