McDonald's Menu Prices at 597-99 Grand Concourse ★3.6 (1948)

I don’t know what the other reviews say but this guy is super nice and the service at this place was very good and respectful. Probably the best experience I had in the morning at a McDonalds

The minute I get there they told me to order at the kiosk, I told them I have eye surgery. I ask the manager Bryant that I will like to pay with my link card in my account he said that's not possible that would me on the mobile app,so I ask why when I order at the register in other McDonald's my card is link , turn around and said I dont care where you go and I respond why so rude, all he did was gave me attitude and told me go somewhere else .wow I told him I will report him for being to disrespectful.

I placed two order from the app. The store only have my last order Mc nugget, but not my first order large tea and Large French fries. I told the staff my 1st order was 03:45 pm and I just got there for both meal. They have me to wait, busy on other stuff and then told me didn't see my 1st order,(probably someone took it). Asked me to contact through the app. I was so disappointed with all the time of waiting and can't get my missing order solved. I was trying to show them the app receipt for 1st order. Totally get ignored. So I am missing my breaktime and eating my nuggets without drink. I was asking for help, all they said is contact through the app. I am very disappointed that counter order guests and app order guests got treated differently... try to submit a request through app, the contact me page all ways show something weng wrong...no where to contact now....

I have come here more than few times usually between 3am and just before 4am knowing that at 4 am their system shuts down which if they read my order and verify its for that store and correct date and time i dont see why yhey cant use that info if its been paid for but anyways so I arrive early only to have the guy at the window not try to come to the window to check my order that had been paid for until without fail everytime 4am hits then tells me that they cant make my order now because they close from 4 to 5 (which isnt true) its a 24 hour window but the best part is there will be other orders waiting after me that they accept after telling me no....I honestly think this could be a great location but you are better off going to Bruckner Blvd if you want a 4am snack lol

I literally just ordered Uber eats and I did the four piece chicken strips meal and when I open the box, they gave me chicken nuggets like who works here. Do you not pay attention to the order job packing now I’ll be wrong if I walk up that block and get crazy because this is not what I paid for. Absolutely horrible. Fire everybody in the establishment. And my whole Oreo McFlurry was missing like do you not look at the receipts like I’m confused at this point close the whole establishment this is diabolical.
