McDonald's Menu Prices at 1338 Main St ★3 (2032)

Lady that claimed to be a manager was beyond rude. Asked for a sweet tea no ice at the speaker, got to the window and saw it had ice. I very nicely asked her to re make and she gave me the nastiest of attitudes saying I didn’t ask at the speaker and refused to re make it. I was very upset and came back around and asked for a refund on the whole order to which the manager LIED and said they don’t do refunds. Thankfully the other young lady pictured re made my drink behind the managers back. I will be calling the store tomorrow to speak with an actual manager to have her reprimanded and if that doesn’t work I will call corporate. It cost absolutely nothing to be POLITE!!!

I'm not sure why.Google is asking me this... it's mcdonald's for christ's sakes. You've never been there? It's familiar, that's it. There was a time for me when biting into a quarter pounder with cheese felt like magic, truly delish. I haven't felt the magic in at least twenty five years. Not just mcdonald's, all of them. To conclude, ten stars all day every day.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, the staff is absolutely atrocious. Nothing is ever made correct or on time. They are very disrespectful, rude and ignorant, and I would highly recommend going anywhere other than this establishment. This isn’t a one time thing this is on a regular basis. The place should honestly shut down. It’s by far the worst McDonald’s in the area. It’s a joke

Listen!!!! The fact that I waited for 40 minutes after my number was called to grab my food is ridiculous! I let the cashier know and she looked at my order and told me she didn't see it in the back! Cold coffee! Warm orange juice! Cold burrito and sandwich...Close the whole restaurant down at this point!

I waited for 20 minutes in the store for an order I placed 10 minutes prior to arriving. The workers were walking around in circles looking lost, doing DoorDash orders before in store orders. The females in the front store once confronted by me and another customer about our order, they became real chatty and rude when all we wanted the to do is put a couple fries nuggets and sandwiches that was already made in the bag. once I received the food they still ended up giving me the wrong order.
