McDonald's Menu Prices at 105 East Main Street ★3.1 (296)

Double cheeseburger was cold and patties were burnt/crusty. Chicken nuggets were ice cold, had to microwave them to be able to chew them.

This was by far the worst McDonalds I've ever experienced. If I could give it a 0 that would be too generous. The dining room was barely 50 degrees..freezing in mid December. Took FOREVER to get the food. Burgers cold and fries were overcooked. Gave us no ketchup and when I went to ask for some I was ignored...never got any help..no one even came to register to acknowledge me or anyone else waiting. They seem very overwhelmed with orders and can not keep up. People just piling in waiting for orders. Need more staff or perhaps staff that are competent. Will never return here..waste of my time and money. Corporate needs to intervene here....

Stopped at this McDonald’s when traveling home later in the evening. I wish I would have read the reviews before going here. The location was not busy at the time, only one other customer inside eating. The burger patty for the quarter pounder was burnt / crust around the edges and also seemed like it was sitting out for hours. Most tables were visibly dirty with some having additional straw wrappers and receipts. No napkins or ketchup given with my order, need to ask for these. Overall experience dining in was listening to the manager / supervisor on at the time talk loudly to the staff how specific employees don’t arrive on time or show up to work the entire 15 minutes.

Ive been here about 5 times and every single time there has been an issue. The fries are always cold. So this time I asked for new ones . She stepped out of my line of sight put then in a different bag and handed me the same fries. I said these arent fresh they are cold . Ms Ella Langley said if it weren't for the wind and I just stared at her in disbelief. I picked up a handful of the fries and said if these were fresh my hand would be burnt. She said she would put them back in the oil . She did just that. She put the fries I had just had in my hand back in the fryer for about 30 seconds and handed them back to me . This was after the manager put a this window is out of order sign and acting like we were invisible . I will never go here again.

They set their record for put us waiting for an hour for cold sandwiches without napkins and sauces that we ordered. If you bring kids for dine in, don’t do it. The guy next to me gave up and left without getting his food. There are at least 4 tables waiting for more 30 minutes. I understand Friday nights are busy, but they have been slow for not only Friday nights. The management of the whole restaurant is just a disaster. All the sanitizers are out for months. No napkins, no ketchup, no straws available in the dinning room that creates extra work for their employees. Therefore, they make mistakes for almost all my orders from drive through. However, If you choose pick up. It will take forever.
