McDonald's Menu Prices at 7893 Brewerton Road ★3.4 (1135)

I’m incredibly upset at how slow this McDonald’s is because it is in my neighborhood. The staff here are so slow. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru line for such a small order. When I finally received the order, it was missing items and the doors to the lobby were locked. This was at 8 PM on a Saturday. We had to walk through the drive thru, so we didn’t have to wait another 30 minutes in line, for our missing food. The food was cold and a complete mess. There was ketchup on the outside of the wrapper, the burgers were ripped apart, and the food tasted stale. I know it is McDonald’s and it is fast food but when we visit any McDonald’s out of state, the staff are superb and the food is fresh and in one piece. This Cicero location needs an overhaul! And this isn’t the first time this has happened either! Why do the staff here seem so confused?! They had many bags of food lined up in front of them. I’m so disgusted!

Hardly fast food 25 mins in drive thru. They don’t pay attention to the drive thru duel lane who was there first. Over priced for less service what are we paying more for lazy slow workers and poor management?

Today was a very cold and snowy day. I liked that this location was empty and I received my order fast. The hallway between the 2 doors had no mat and was very slippery and wet. An elderly person can easily fall and hurt themselves. Inside is very dirty and smelly. That’s one of the reasons I never go inside this location but unfortunately drive through takes forever in this exact location. Please take care of the place and have someone simply clean up.

I’m writing to address an issue with a recent order I received from your location. The quality of the food fell noticeably below the standard I expect from McDonald’s. Items were prepared inconsistently, the temperature was off, and overall it reflected a lack of attention to detail.I work in an environment where consistency and reliability matter, and I expect the same from the businesses I choose to support. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this decline, and it’s starting to affect my confidence in this location.

I’ve been sitting in the drive thru line for going on 30 minutes now waiting for 2 sandwiches. It’s incredibly slow. Definitely won’t be making the mistake of stopping at this location again.
