Dining area very dirty including every table. Fries tasted like they sat under the warmer for hours. Waited a half hour before anyone came to take our order. They're shake machine is down most of the time.

Good people come to meet here, and here is the reason why, I found that the staff is very friendly, compassionate, caring and attentive, they are about service and not only do they provide quick and quality meals but they give a personal touch to an otherwise very generic corporation. Angie who made sure I had breakfast and a coffee one day when my card didnt work gives that small town feel to the restaurant. It's the small things that matter to me too like Joanne the Manager of the restaurant who gives me a place to work after a meal and when some places throw you out on the street her employees walk up with a free coffee and a smile. The people seem to love working with each other and love seeing their customers everyday and it shows. If it's a passing hunting story or a story about the family it brightens both, the employees day and the customers. Just thought it would be nice to say thank you and let them know that it is appreciated. Thank you from someone who really appreciates you.

The girl with the pink and purple hair and glasses handed my food with the brightest smile. She asked me if I wanted a receipt, food was warm and good the only issue was the fries tasted old.

The order taker had an attitude from the moment we pulled up to the speaker. Very rude for no reason at all. We hadn't even begun our order yet. Our order was wrong and when we tried to correct the order, we received more attitude from him. When we finally received our sandwich, this was what we got. It was thrown into the bag sideways, lettuce was all over the bottom of the bag. The sandwich doesn't even look like it was put together. They must have just thrown it into box. The tomatoes were beneath the heel of the bun and there was mayo everywhere. Will never be returning to this location.

Decent place. Although, I find the latest remodel of the dining room a little odd. I'm not sure what they were going for, but it doesn't seem to fit the brand. ADDITIONALLY: The last couple times I went there, the dining room was closed! This was discovered after getting myself (temporarily disabled) and my wife (disabled) out of our car and hobbling to the door, only to have to turn around and go back to the car. No signage on the door or anywhere else. After having difficulty with the drive-thru people unable to hear the incoming orders, having me repeat myself THREE times on one of our visits, I no longer go to this location. We instead went to Burger King a few miles away, where Charles and his crew do a great job!
