McDonald's Menu Prices at 59 North St ★2.5 (866)

This McDonald’s in Dryden, NY is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. The employees are completely unhelpful and act like they don’t care at all. The place is filthy — trash everywhere, greasy and slippery floors that feel unsafe to walk on, and food scattered all over the ground: fries, nuggets, burgers — you name it. The staff just step over it instead of cleaning anything up. The waiting time is ridiculous — it takes forever to get your order, even when there are barely any customers. To make things even worse, I ordered a Deluxe McCrispy Chicken Sandwich with extra cheese and bacon, but what I got was a sad sandwich with no cheese, no lettuce, and no tomatoes at all. Basically just a plain chicken sandwich that didn’t match what I paid for. It’s disgusting, chaotic, and totally unprofessional. Every single time I come here, it’s the same mess. Honestly, this McDonald’s shouldn’t even have a license to operate. Avoid it at all costs.

These were the two Spicy McChickens we got; no lettuce, barely any sauce?? We ordered a large drink and got a medium instead… there were no lids, there were flies/gnats everywhere…. The fries were quite good, though! Severely understaffed; the single worker there was doing her best but this McDonald’s is just not able to sustain itself with one worker, clearly. I don’t blame her, this is unequivocally a management issue. Long wait times, unclean, bad food. Not worth the money. If you want food, go to the speedway next door.

It would be so nice to not stand there while not 1 but 3 employees look at you n don't speak while your standing there to pay (over the course of 10mins). This place is a joke n to the manager with your trashy typed sign maybe if employees chose to speak to customers customers wouldn't have to be rude. Js mad mom here! Left with no food cause dude with the beard just kept peeking around the corner to see if we were still standing there 😒 just cause your outta soda don't mean people don't wanna eat!

1/4 deluxe with cheese completely disassembled and we got the incorrect freeze but no one would acknowledge us waiting at the counter for help. This is the worst mcdonald’s corporate needs to shut this place down

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve come across. Two visits here. Always just one person working. No napkins. No straws. No greetings or communication at all really. Just a bag of food sat on the counter, after an extreme amount of time waiting.
