McDonald's Menu Prices at 181-25 Hillside Avenue ★3.8 (2601)

I go to this McDonald's pretty often because it's close to my job. Service can be slow in the afternoon. But overall they are pretty good at getting orders out efficiently.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at one of your drive-thru locations. On the morning of October 28th, I visited a McDonald’s (location not frequently visited) and ordered oatmeal with extra apple slices. I was shocked to discover that milk had been added to my oatmeal without my consent. As someone who is mindful of dietary preferences and restrictions, I find it unacceptable that your staff would assume a customer wants milk in their oatmeal without asking. This not only disregards individual preferences but could pose serious health risks for those with dairy allergies or intolerances. When I arrived at my office and opened the container, I was met with a soupy, milk-filled oatmeal — far from what I expected. To make matters worse, I observed staff members standing around talking and laughing, rather than focusing on customer service and order accuracy. I urge McDonald’s to ensure that employees are trained to ask customers about their preferences, especially when it comes to ingredients like dairy. A simple question could prevent a negative experience — or even a potential lawsuit. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that corrective action is implemented at this location.

I slipped out on the snow once and is gone ! the team accepted to remake the order ! Appreciate their cooperation

I place an order on the app at 10 :57 the breakfast menu was available so I placed my order. When I arrive for my pickup they said they cancelled my order because I come past 11 That means I have to get there in 3 minutes. Thay said that's how the system works. I didn't get cancellation notice Or refund yet

One of the most well run Mc. Donald's I have ever been to. The place is spotless and clean. There are 2 kiosks to order food as well as an associate taking orders. They also have a drive-thru service. Unlimited drink refills here. What I especially love is the female security guard posted to keep teenagers from causing trouble. She is truly professional. So this isn't a hang out for rowdy teens. Plenty of parking too and the place is open 24 hours a day.
