Seriously need to do better. There's so many people that have lost jobs who are looking for jobs that having people work for you who have no concept of reasonable customer service .Even if they're not good with customers at the very least have them be decent at their job. Money is too hard to earn and if you want people to continue to spend it in your restaurant DO BETTER. This is not a first time here this has happened a few times at different hours during the day and evening. I'm just finally speaking up about it because I'm tired of it. Do not go here and eat unless you want an absolute mess for a meal. They are more than consistent with this. I left one job to rush over to a different job It was 9pm. I'm starving I've been standing on my feet all day & I still have several hours to go before I can get home. How do you mess up a simple burger?! It was sloppy it was food everywhere just an overload of a mess inside my car: ( on my clothes on the steering wheel in my lap It was a mess! If I wasn't in so much of a hurry and still needed to get something to eat so I could continue to go to the next job, I would have stayed to complain I go in to talk to somebody and they're just all standing around in the back talking and chat and looking at phones and I'm standing at the counter waiting I don't have time for this wreck. So I ate it because I had to because I paid for it and I had to go back to work

I can't really speak to the quality of the food. I don't typically go to McDonald's, but I wanted to stop for some coffee. I chose the drive thru for convenience and speed, but after almost a half hour of waiting I ended up driving off without placing an order. They seem to be overwhelmed with the simplest of tasks. Highly doubt I'll ever stop there again.

Overall experience at McDonald's was not very happy without the restaurant looked inside. Almost all the tables were dirty. The floors look like someone had dumped coffee in three different spots and whether it was the responsibility of the closing shift or the opening shift to make sure the store was clean. They did a very poor job of it and when speaking with a manager about it, she didn't seem to really care that the store looked that way.

This has to be the SLOWEST, GROSSEST, SLOPPIEST, INCOMPETENT place in the entire Chautauqua County. Every time I have went there in the evening or night (and not even during a special promotion time), I have stupidly waited up to 2 HOURS AND THEY STILL GET MY ORDER WRONG. EVERY. FREAKING. TIME. I have no choice due to being a delivery driver. There is barely any cars there and it's that slow. Train your staff or something. THEY NEED MAJOR ASSISTANCE. ALSO THE FOOD IS SLOPPY AND COLD AND JUST ALL AROUND GROSS! IF U DON'T BELIEVE ME, READ THE REVIEWS!!!! DO SOMETHING THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON AT LEAST A YEAR NOW!!! P.S. IF I GOTTA WAIT AN HR OR 2, AT LEAST FILL MY POP UP!!!!

The lady who took the order was informed two or three times that there was not to be cheese on the hamburger, but she still placed the order with cheese!
