McDonald's Menu Prices at 3375 State Route 11 ★3.7 (830)

Ordered a burger with no ketchup or onion. Ticket reads Only mustard, cheese, and pickles, which is fine, amounts to the same think as my order. However what I received was an absurd amount of ketchup, (as shown scraped off onto the box) no pickle and no mustard. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s. It’s McDonald’s, it’s not meant to be good, just fast and cheap. It’s not even cheap anymore so at the very least couldn’t they read the order tickets?

To McDonald's Management - Malone, NY Location, I am writing to report a significant order fulfillment error that occurred during my recent visit to your drive-through service. This incident represents a clear failure in order accuracy protocols and requires immediate attention from management. My original order consisted of two specific items: a Big Mac meal with extra sauce and tomato, and an additional Big Mac with extra sauce and tomato. These specifications were clearly communicated during the ordering process at your drive-through window. However, upon receiving my order, I discovered that two quarter pounder sandwiches had been provided instead of the Big Mac items I requested. This substitution was made without customer notification or consent, resulting in an order that bears no resemblance to my original purchase request. This error demonstrates inadequate quality control procedures within your order fulfillment process and suggests insufficient staff training regarding order accuracy verification. Such mistakes significantly impact customer satisfaction and undermine confidence in your establishment's operational standards. The incorrect order has caused considerable inconvenience and disappointment. I expect prompt resolution of this matter through appropriate corrective action that addresses both the immediate order error and the underlying operational deficiencies that enabled this mistake to occur. I request immediate management intervention to rectify this situation by providing the correct order items as originally specified. Additionally, I expect implementation of improved quality assurance measures to prevent similar order accuracy failures in future customer transactions. Please contact me promptly to arrange resolution of this matter. Professional handling of customer complaints reflects organizational commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction standards. I anticipate your immediate attention to this complaint and appropriate remedial action to restore confidence in your establishment's operational reliability and customer service capabilities. Respectfully, Michael Theriault

Oct 30 2025 at 1:10 pm the woman at the second window who gave us our food was extremely miserable and rude. I simply told her I did not need the drink carrier and handed it back to her only to have her say nothing, roll her eyes at me and gave me a look of disgust. You really should at least smile when you are serving the public and at least look somewhat like you care.

Slow as hell. But understandibly, the poor workers, wash dishes, take orders (a harzard in the winter after washing the dishes) and take money, then make the food, oh and deliver it out the window to you, so ridiculous 🙄

My Big Mac tasted like dish soap. It has the last three times I’ve been. Also, it’s 9/11 and the flag isn’t at half mast. I’m done with this place; disgusting food and disgusting display of remembrance.
