I have a complaint about the guy in the photo behind me. I stop by every morning to buy something, but I hardly ever see him there. He told me I couldn't sit there because I ordered my food online, and he said it in a rude way. He wouldn't stop talking. If they're going to hire someone, they should train them on how to treat people badly! And the other gentleman in the photo came over politely to tell me everything was fine! What a disappointment! 😡

Hello McDonald’s, There is a woman working at this location who keeps bothering customers and speaking to people in a rude and disrespectful way. She walks around the restaurant acting like she is in charge of everyone and starts questioning customers for no reason. My friend and I came in, sat down, and were about to place an order. Before we even finished ordering, she came up to us and started asking things like “Why are you sitting here?” and “What are you doing here?” as if we are not allowed to be customers. This is unacceptable behavior. We are customers, not prisoners, and this place is not a prison where she acts like a guard. If this situation is not addressed, I will start recording her behavior every day and send the videos and photos to McDonald’s corporate office. Please deal with this employee immediately. Customers should feel welcome here, not harassed.

1 star I purchased an unlimited drink cup and an ice cream. I filled my cup once, sat down, and ate my ice cream. After maybe 20 minutes, a short female staff member (not sure if she’s a security guard or employee) came up to me and told me I had to leave, that customers are only allowed 20 minutes to eat. Here’s the problem: there were multiple other people sitting around us who had been there longer — including teenagers who hadn’t ordered anything at all, and a man she was chatting with friendly who was never asked to leave. She only approached us. This felt like selective enforcement at best, and discriminatory treatment at worst. I purchased an unlimited refill cup. If I’m still drinking, I am still a paying customer. She had no right to kick me out while others — including non-paying guests — were allowed to stay without any issue. Her behavior was rude, unprofessional, and inconsistent. I would like management to clarify: what exactly is the policy, and why is it applied selectively depending on who you are?

This McDonald’s is not bad at all it’s open 24 hours and the food service is quick The price is however more expensive than the other’s in the city but it’s still worth it because it’s open 24 hours. The security lady does her job correctly and respectfully and upholds the standards of the restaurant However, sometimes service is slower than other locations but mostly it’s on time. The food has no problem it’s great based on the standards.

This woman pretends not to hear, turns her back on the customer, and throws away the order, resulting in an incomplete order. Train your staff better, and if they don't have patience, don't work in customer service.
