McDonald's Menu Prices at 2726 Broadway ★3.4 (1554)

The place is good and the service is pretty better as well. 3 floors up to sit wherever you get the place empty for sitting. Remember to drop your waste to the garbage after finishing the food. As the courtesy counts.

Ordered a happy meal, a large coke and a jets shareable tonight. The order took 20 mins, and everything was pretty cold when i got them. When I took out my burger, it has a smell... a little like trashcan or something fermented, the drink fountain has the same smell too. I was pretty hungry, I thought maybe it was the pickle and I tried to finish it. To be honest it didnt even taste good. My kids usually love mcdonalds, they only take two bites of nuggets and fries and they refused to eat them. I came home nausea and stomachache, now trying to vomit it out and hope I will feel better. I think I will stop consuming McDonald's for a really long time.

If i could give 0 stars i would. First and last time i come to this mcdonalds. I placed a mobile order for a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle meal. I take my order to go. When i arrive at work first i see that instead of a sausage egg and cheese i received instead a bacon egg and cheese. This was annoying but not that big of a deal. I finish eating it and then go for my hash brown only to see that they forgot my hash brown. Its not hard to make sure the customer receives an accurate order. I used to work in mcdonalds so i know what it takes to work here. Its becoming more and more common to receive decent service in mcdonalds now.

the worst mcdonald in NYC, very under staffed . the cashier will look you in your eyes and walk away . no one helps you unless you raise your voice. i was standing there for over 15 min to pick up food that has been ready cuz no one wants to approach you . terrible service don’t waste your time here go to the one on 96

I had a horrible experience here. The manager “Eddie” is VERY RUDE to both to customers and the employees. I asked him how to use the bathroom since it was locked, to which he at first stayed quiet and then aggressively said: “Where’s your receipt?” As if I couldn’t go to the bathroom before making my order. Unacceptable behavior!!! He should be FLAGGED AND INVESTIGATED!!!! NOT OKAY.
