McDonald's Menu Prices at 3155 Us Hwy 20 ★3.3 (668)

It’s always a pleasure to stop by this small rural McDonald’s. The people who work here have big hearts — kind, simple, and sincere. You can feel that everyone is not just doing a job, but trying to make a visitor’s day a little warmer. It’s rare to find places where the atmosphere is created not by the interior, but by the people. It’s truly touching to see people whose souls seem whiter than snow. Courtesy, smiles, and genuine care mean a lot. Thank you for your hard work, your patience, and the warmth you share with every guest.

I have visited the McDonald’s location in Richfield, NY on several occasions, and I would like to share my observations to provide a balanced perspective for prospective customers. This establishment offers a convenient option for fast food in the area, which is appreciated given the limited dining choices nearby. In terms of cleanliness, I have noticed improvements in recent visits, with the interior appearing more well-maintained than in years past. The staff has generally been courteous, particularly during off-peak hours, and there seems to be an ongoing effort from management to enhance customer service standards. However, consistency remains an issue. Service times can be notably slow, especially during busier periods, and order accuracy has occasionally been problematic. On multiple visits, I experienced extended wait times at the drive-thru and found that certain menu items, such as frappes, were unavailable for prolonged durations. Additionally, the quality of food is inconsistent; some orders have arrived with cold fries or less fresh ingredients, and presentation varies significantly. The cleanliness of the dining area and restrooms also fluctuates, with some visits revealing unattended trash and less-than-satisfactory upkeep. In summary, while McDonald’s in Richfield serves its purpose as a quick meal stop and has made commendable efforts to improve service and cleanliness, the variability in food quality and customer experience may not meet all expectations. Those seeking consistent fast food quality may want to consider alternative options when possible.

The place was very small. Not enough seating options for the amount of people entering in the store. The store itself was very dirty. Floors were unswept and the bathroom was a disaster. Towels everywhere and a messy floor. One of the kiosks was down but the otherone worked ok. My friend had gotten 2 bacon mcdoubles with no mustard and onions but one of them was a default burger without his selected changes. It had a bad aftertaste and didn’t taste good. I got 4 piece chicken strips and they were fully burnt and tasted rancid. The Staff were nice but that doesn’t excuse the bad food and how dirty the restaurant is.

Pretty good McDonald’s for a little gas station add-on

Food was average. Given the wait (busy monday morning) surprised my sandwich seems cold. Wish they wouldn't give you paper straws 😕 (it changes the taste of the beverage and straw gets soggy after a bit if you dont drink it fast)
