McDonald's Menu Prices at 1707 Black River Blvd ★3.3 (1251)

Im sure I've had McDonald's food thousands of times in my life, and I can say without hesitation that this was the worst fast food I've had anywhere! I ordered my food around 6:30am and there is no way any of it was made the same day. The hash browns were grease soaked( this happens when they are reheated multiple times) and they tasted like they were cooked in old burnt fryer oil. The folded egg had dried out crusted edges( definitely not cooked same day). I'm not a very picky eater. Things can be subpar and I'll usually eat it anyway but this was one of the few times it went straight in the trash. I called the store and talked to the manager about the food quality. Instead of saying anything about checking on the food her employees were serving, she just assured me that it was fresh. Nobody could believe that food to be fresh, so I think she doesn't care at all about the food that is being served to paying customers. I think she should be evaluated by the owner and let go as manager. She did at least offer to remake the order, but that means little to me after you serve me garbage and tell me it's fresh!

This place really doesn't care for the ppl who buying food. Why I said that is because they had my boyfriend sit there for 12 mins for his food and they give him a bloody sandwich. This place is going down hill or they have careless workers

Super grateful for whoever this woman is !. I didn't get her name becuz I was sooo focused on getting back to my son at hospital !. But it was about 1120/1130 today .. It had been one hell of day .. Leading to my son being taking by ambulance to hospital.. I had my youngest son with me also and he was hungry .. A nurse came to sit with my oldest while I ran to McDonald's with my little one .. Upon arrival I was jist kinda in a rush to get back to him and didn't get this woman's name .. I was having a hard time finding my Google wallet and then when I did it wasn't showing my cards that I just seen in my tap to pay .. I was ready to cry .. this lady voided my order and just came and hugged me .. And I caved .. I was soooooooo grateful !. And appreciative that there are still good ppl in this world !. Thank you!.

The double drive thru they'll take orders from one and not switch too the other. Constantly short staffed hopefully they'll start paying enough too incentivize people too work for them so they can provide service and maybe train better because it disgusting when they dont switch back and forth between through making one side wait while numerous cars get taken care of on one side while the other is neglected. The owners dont seem too care as over time service has only continued too get worse. they need better manning better training and also need too improve efficiency as well and all these issues too me is a result of poor ownership and management as well but also management is only as good as their employees and if theyre continually understaffed then the blame should soley rest on the owners of this franchise location. Not the workers or the management but the ownership.

We ordered four McDoubles & two small sodas. The burger patties were very dry. The buns were also dry. Observing the employees, they are not anything close to being a well-oiled machine. I do have to say that the girl who waited on us was pleasant. Take a look at the pictures of all the garbage everywhere inside and out. Inside, it was loaded with fruit flies and regular flies. The fruit flies actually came to our table. Upon sitting in our booth, we immediately smelled dirt. It was a very strong smell. That could be black mold because we did not see any dirt anywhere.
