McDonald's Menu Prices at 30 North Rd ★3.7 (1174)

“I ordered food late at night, and everything in my order was correct. However, when I took a bite of my hamburger, something didn’t taste right. I spit it out and checked the inside, and it appeared to be undercooked and raw. This was very concerning and disappointing, especially since food safety is so important. I hope this issue can be addressed to ensure it doesn’t happen to other customers.”

Traveling on Highway 17 between NYC-Rochester, New York, and found this super easily accessible McD 🤩. To me, one of the best rest stops for road trips because this is located right next to a huge Speedway gas station with a very nice store. Conveniently located right on off Hwy 17 at exit 77, the area has a back drop of mountains. Both the McD and Speedway are quite new and very clean. The combination is positioned perfectly before splitting to Hwy 81, etc. very convenient. The McD staff is excellent. Food is fresh due to high turn over. The parking lot is huge with ample space to stretch your legs from the road trip. The location is ideal to grab a quick bite, refill both the stomach and gas tank 👍

BEWARE! These are the type of fries they serve people here!! NASTY WORK! They should be ashamed! Dark brown and nasty! Don’t eat em!

Nasty. Disappointing Experience with Food and Service at McDonald's I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with McDonald's. I ordered food through DoorDash and was shocked to find pieces of metal in my burger. This is unacceptable and a serious food safety concern. To make matters worse, when I tried to get a refund, I was denied. This lack of accountability and customer care is alarming. Unfortunately, my previous visits to this McDonald's location have also been marred by poor service. Some of the workers have been rude and unprofessional calling names and more, and orders are frequently incorrect. Even simple requests, like getting the right size cup, seem to be too much to ask. On one occasion, I was handed a leaking cup and told that they couldn't provide a replacement. The only redeeming quality of this McDonald's location is the physical building itself, which is nicely designed and maintained. However, a nice building is not enough to compensate for the serious issues with food safety and customer service. Until this McDonald's location addresses these problems, I would not recommend it to anyone. EVER. Picture 1: Metal found in double cheese burger Picture 2: My “Extra mayonnaise & Lettuce Mcchicken”

We waited 20mins for 2 meals while ordering inside to go. Then had to go back in to get the correct order and waited again to have the sandwich made. They gave us an extra fry for my husband.
