Terrible experience. The new staff are unprofessional and disrespectful. I placed my order with a young latino male. I was served an incorrect order (a chicken sandwich with only two pickles), and when came back to ask for a correction, a latino woman Edith, who claimed she was the manager, was verbally aggressive, incredibly hostile and a liar. She wore headphones while speaking to me and falsely claimed she had overheard my original order, stating that " he asked you if you wanted a, b or c" This conversation never happened and it seemed as she was covering up for the young male. She continued being argumentative, accusatory, and eventually replaced the sandwich with a "warning," as if I were at fault, saying "this is the last time!" But to make matters worse, the replacement sandwich was disgusting—burnt, cold, and inedible. When I asked for a supervisor’s contact info, she refused and stating making faces to a latino male client standing next to me. She refused several times to provide her supervisor's name or contact information, directing me to look it up myself online while continuing to mock me with this individual. This level of disrespect is unacceptable. Save your money and go elsewhere; the management here is aggressive and the food quality is bottom-tier.

Since the kiosks were installed, basic sanitation has somehow become optional. There were no napkins available in the dining area, and the only way to get one was to walk up to the counter, which was unattended. Employees actively avoid the front now, hiding behind the automated system as if customer interaction is a problem instead of the job. This setup completely undermines sanitation. Customers are expected to handle food, wipe hands, and clean up without access to napkins unless they track someone down. That’s not convenience, that’s negligence. Automation should improve service, not remove basic hygiene necessities. The food is already a known quality and quantity. The service is now the real issue. If a customer can’t easily access napkins without interrupting staff who don’t want to be interrupted, something is broken in the system. Technology isn’t the problem. Avoiding customers is.

I just had to drop a line to say how much I miss this McDonald's since I moved. This is the best McDonald's. The food was always hot and fresh, fries filled to the hilt, the orders correct and the place clean. The one near me is Lanoka Harbor which is terrible. They should get a retrain from you guys.

Absolutely horrible rancid drive-thru workers at night. Straight attitude and disrespectful can't wait until they replace the whole staff in 6 months please fix whatever went wrong in the last year thank you.

The manager, Roslin (according to what she told us), was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we asked a simple question about how to use the survey validation code, she dismissed us and said she had no idea, which was very unhelpful for a customer-service role.
