McDonald's Menu Prices at 8038 S Tryon St ★3.4 (1675)

I never write reviews, but after ordering and before paying for my food, I asked, could I add pickles to my sandwich the worker said no because they would have to throw out the sandwich and remake it..... just to ADD pickles. She then proceeded to say "That's why we tell y'all to know what you want before you order it" this is actually my first time at this location, so who is y'all?

I was honestly blown away by this McDonald's location! I’ve never seen a team so united, a place so clean, and staff so genuinely kind. Everything was organized and spotless, thanks especially to Ms. Ibeth, who clearly takes pride in keeping everything in order. The energy among the workers was so positive—it made the whole visit feel special. Huge shoutout to the entire team! I’ll definitely be coming back.

A HAIR!! Last time I tried to reach out to McDonald’s on an issue I never heard back from anyone so maybe this will catch their attention. I found a HAIR in my food! I have short black hair so no way this was mine! I can’t believe I bit into a piece of food with a LONG LONG piece of hair in it. This had to be the most disgusting thing ever! I would go back and complain but what’s the point. I am just passing through and don’t plan on coming back to this location but it really makes me rethink about how McDonalds handles their food. Definitely recommend you check your food throughly and maybe avoid this location in general

Normally really enjoy this McDonald's for breakfast, unfortunately 4 or 5 days a week some weeks, but they have a habit of cancelling my order (a whole 2 biscuits) if I order after 10:20. I get breakfast is over soon, but it's not over until 10:30, and I already think it shouldn't end until 11 anyways, as 11-2 seems pretty nationally recognized as the lunch hour. I work 10 hour shifts at Amazon and really appreciate that 1200 calorie start to the day. It's really annoying to be running late enough to crutch on fast food, even more annoying to waste time going to pick up a cancelled order. Please stop this this is one of the only McDonald's locations I like.

Went to the drive thru tonight this was about after 5pm, no one said hello and there was a sign cover the speaker saying welcome to McDonald’s or good afternoon. I drove to the first window since I seen no cars and the young girl with twist looked, was pressing buttons on the touch screen, I waited three mins she went to the front and brought back who I would later find out to be the manager a young Hispanic guy with spikey hair that says his name is Hugo. I asked him if the speaker was working he said yes and I said no one said anything, can I place an order here he said no I have to drive around. I was pissed and I parked my car and got out. When I got out a few cashiers were talking and one went to the food station and came back and I asked if she is working she said yes. I let her take my order and I asked for the manager. It was Hugo. I explained to him what happened he tried to say She said she was gone for a minute and said hello and it was not true the whole time I was talking he looked at me like I had ten heads and frustrated. I said I can tell your frustrated and it has nothing to do with me. I said you don’t have anything to say and no apology? What happened to customer service he shrugged it off so I said who is your manager he told me he can’t give out that information. Is this a real policy that a manager above a manager in the store can not give reviews or complaints that is alarming. I told him I would find out he said okay and walked away. I was angry and he proceeded to talk on his breathe, text someone while handling food and mumble under his breath. No apologies, no desecrating the situation. He was rude, condescending and gaslit me the whole time. He should not even manage bingo night. I want the supervisor that oversees that location above Hugo to reach out to me or respond with their number because this location has gone down with hospitality and food quality.
