Nice store. I like the furniture. The stools look like mushrooms, but not really lol Food is mcdonalds flavored. I'm a traveler, simply passing through. I ordered the BIG mac, but no middle bun. The attendant gave me a great tip, ORDER THE QUARTER POUNDER BUNS. That way they don't have to waste the middle bun. All these years, I've been a middle bun waster. But no more! I will have changed my ways. The staff is the best part of this store. They are patient and attentive. Great staff. 10/10

I ordered off of the McDonald’s mobile app. When I went to pick up my food. The second window employee told us to come inside. When we went inside we waited for 20 minutes and then asked when we would get our food. The employee told us that we ordered 36 cheeseburger meals when we ordered three and accused us of trying to rip them off by showing them a screenshot. She got her manager to come out and look at it. When she looked at it she stated that it has not come through on her end and would not give us our food. She took my phone to the back without asking she found our order that was sitting on the counter the whole time. My brother asked for my phone back and the manager said yeah yeah sure. A lady that was standing next to us called out the manager for her unprofessional behavior towards 2 teenagers trying to get their food. The manager starts yelling at the lady that she needs to mind her own business. When we get back to the house half of our food is missing and 1 drink is missing. Our dad called them to ask about our missing items, when the manager realized it was us she started yelling at us over the phone and hung up on us.

I’m a door dasher and was there to pick up an order and the lady working at 9:00pm on Sunday 3/8/26 was throwing sause packets and really rude, the while lobby was full of people trying to get there order she would call out an order and ignore everyone trying to order like they weren’t there she is a disgusting servant! I’m sure it is not the others fault but she is the worst person I have ever seen at a McDonalds!

My double QP was cold and the meat was raw. I was already driving down the road in a tractor trailer and couldn't go back.

So I stopped to get breakfast and a coffee this morning and I decided to order on the app and I noticed I could order light ice in my coffee which was awesome because I always hate you legitimately get a cup of 2/3 ice and 1/3 coffee. Truly it’s ridiculous to begin with but I always just assumed it was the way they were trained or something. Well today I got handed a coffee that was only 2/3 the way full of anything and was told that’s because I ordered light ice… btw I ordered a large… the fact that they are putting enough ice in it that this is what happens when they take half the ice out just shows how much coffee you really are getting. Beyond that fact I just want to say that everything else was fine, food was fine, the employees at the windows were as nice as they could be and I want to make it clear that The employee that was making my coffee is honestly not at fault, I watched him turn around looking for guidance on how to fill the cup the rest of the way and that’s when I heard what I can only assume is the manager telling him that since I ordered light ice, it will not fill the cup up all the way “it’s just what they get”…. Beyond the horrible attitude she gave the employee for attempting to ask an honest question the fact that she was already talking about it like she was annoyed that I ordered light ice is not only very hostile towards customers but also setting a terrible example for the employees looking to her for guidance Honestly I have a really strange feeling that McDonald’s corporate would not want their customers being served a cup filled 1/3 the way with air. It’s sickening that the large iced coffee being filled more than half way relies on the ice they put in the cup. Normally, I would have argued this fact at the store, but honestly, I didn’t want to put the employees that we’re doing their job well with good customer service skills under any stress or give that manager another reason to teach them the wrong way to handle customers. Do better McDonald’s
