McDonald's Menu Prices at 108 N Jones Blvd ★3.8 (2103)

We got a quick breakfast before heading home. The two gentleman that helped us this morning were so kind. I don’t often feel the need for typing up a review but the workers were respectful and helpful. Thank you!

Update: It happens every single Wednesday morning, they never turn off the mobile ordering but have no way to get it. Never had an issue here but tonight after coming on my way home from work I had placed an online order for pickup. To my surprise when I arrived the drive through was completely blocked off for pressure washing of all things. I had already paid for the order and was forced to cancel it for refund in 1-5 business days. Total bs. People doing the washing couldn't have cared less about me or any of the other cars that came by. Absolute horrible way to run a business.

Typically make mobile orders for discounted fries/coffees and am usually turned around quickly and accurately. Depending on time of day when ordering, fries can be fresh OR a bit stale from being under warmers for a bit, but are usually good enough regardless. The mcChickens i get here are good but also can be HEAVY on the mayo. not bad but they do kind of feel bukkake-adjacent

I ordered online and my order was missing a drink. My driver said it did not come with one so contact the store. I showed him proof it should have came with a drink. So I called the store and the person who answered was extremely mean, unprofessional, and rude. He hung up on me before I could speak, I called 6 times in a row and he hung up on me each time until finally he answered and yelled at me (how can I help you!!) and I assumed I had the wrong number so I asked if I was speaking to McDonalds and he yelled at me instead of confirming (HOW MAY I HELP YOU?) I asked again and he screamed the same thing louder instead of confirming it was McDonalds I was speaking with. I told him my order was missing something and he interrupted me while I was speaking and asked whats the order number. I told him and told him my name. He said he wont help me and I can go to whatever app I used to order to help me. I told him I was told to call the store to get help and he ignored me. Then I told him I didnt appreciate his attitude earlier and how he kept blocking my calls. He blew his breath really hard and then hung up on me. I tried calling again and he blocked all the calls. This is unacceptable behavior!!

The food was good, but the service could’ve been much better. I ordered two Sausage McMuffins with egg and a Sausage McGriddle with egg and cheese, but I received two McMuffins with no egg and a McGriddle with no egg or cheese. When I drove back to fix the order, the worker made it seem like I was in the wrong instead of understanding the mistake. Both the worker and the manager tried to charge me an extra three dollars just to add the eggs that should’ve been included in the first place. It was frustrating to have to drive back and still be told to pay extra for something I already ordered. Hopefully, the staff can pay closer attention to orders and handle situations like this with better customer service next time.
