McDonald's Menu Prices at North Las Vegas — 89081 ★3.6 (1924)

I go to order my kids happy meals , and good thing I looked in them before just handing them to my kids. One of the happy meals toys looks like it feel in idk what , they throw it at the bottom of the happy meal , fries on top and all , look at this , should I not be pissed off ???

Stopped in on March 9 at 3:15 PM. Tried to get a double quarter pounder with fries paid cash for it. They told me to go wait in spot 5 and I waited there 30 minutes went in and tried to ask somebody they said they’ll get it to me another 10 minutes went by couldn’t get anybody to talk to me again so I left pissed off and hungry thanks McDonald’s. Sorry I don’t have a two hour lunch break to accommodate. Can’t even get through when I try to call. Also saw 3 people who parked after me come and go… keep my money I’ll never be back Here’s a good business idea. Why don’t you tell people at the window? It’s gonna be an hour wait so we can decide if we want to lose our jobs or wait for your burger that’s gonna be stale by the time we get it time sure have changed since I was a kid. I would’ve never seen this type of service. i’m sorry I have to vent like this, but I’m so upset that I get treated like scum when I even ask a question after 30 freaking minutes.

This is the third time I have purchased from this McDonald’s and once again I have had problems with my order. Today I ordered, through the app, two large caramel frappe, but although they were served in large cups, the amount inside looked more like a medium. In addition, the whipped cream was almost melted, which should not happen considering that I placed the order and, less than 3 minutes later, I was already at the drive-thru window. This makes me think that the drinks were not prepared at the moment or that the presentation was not handled with care. Furthermore, it is common for them not to check orders properly and to forget to include the requested sauces. I hope you take these details into account to improve service and quality.

I got food for my kids at this McDonalds location today and a receipt paper was in one of their burgers. I went back to McDonalds and the manager was very unprofessional and would not remake my order. He took my burger out of my hand with his bare hands and took the receipt paper out of the burger and handed the burger back to me with his hands saying he couldn’t do anything about it. Definitely would not recommend eating at this location especially if you’re getting food for you KIDS.

This has happened on multiple occasions, negatively impacting my experience, especially at the drive-thru. It would be great if they could improve their customer service."
