McDonald's Menu Prices at Reno — 89521 ★3.3 (915)

I can see why so many people are leaving poor reviews for this location. Fries were cold and they missed two items on my order. When I called to have it refunded, she told me I had to drive back to the store to get a refund. Given that we live in a technology world, it didn't make sense for me to drive 10 miles back to the store for two apple pies that they didn't place on my order. The worst part is that the manager didn't give a crap about taking care of us or making a reasonable solution to accomodate my family. She wanted to bleed us out and cause us pain. I will never nor recomend anyone go to this Mcdonalds. Kris Cassady, if this is your store, fire them all!!!!

Subject: Feedback on Recent Visit Dear McDonald’s Management, I am writing to share my experience from my visit on 8/10/2025. Unfortunately, I found the service to be quite disappointing. The staff member assisting customers was rude and unhelpful when addressing concerns about the slow service. The employee repeatedly cited being short-staffed without offering any apology or solution, which made the experience quite unpleasant. I believe that customers deserve quality service regardless of staffing challenges. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the overall customer experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter. P.S. 10/09/2025 Attempted to pick a DoorDash order up that was placed on “Tablet”. Was sternly (rudely) told that they “do not have a tablet and the orders will never go through “. Per DoorDash protocol, I attempted to place the order in real time (and would have paid for it). I was rudely cut off by the same employee. She told me they will accept orders placed in that way. The mentioned employee in this case has brown hair and was wearing a neon yellow over jacket . Thank you Sincerely, Robert Pitman ⸻

Has an 80yr old grandma in the drive through. We asked for a ranch & spicy snack wrap. She got it wrong multiple times. Pointed out that it was 6. C. on the menu. We were wrung up for a spicy snack wrap. She then proceeded to stay sitting down and we had to lean far out the truck to reach INSIDE her window to get our card and receipt back. I'm sorry but she needs to retire and yall put someone capable in the position.

I asked the guy for a snack wrap when they first came out specifically did not spicy one and he kept reading over the order saying spicy? Spicy? Spicy? And I was like no I don’t want the spicy when I want the normal one and I was about to pass out with my car because I just took my medicine and I need to eat with it but then I didn’t end up getting any food because he basically declined my order so then I sped out and he was laughing at me.

Absolutely disgusting, got this food for work because I needed something quick and even by McDonald's standards this is atrocious. Avoid this place at all cost it is not worth it. I would have gone back and got a refund if I didn't have work. Food felt as if it was a week old.
