What can I say….why why why do you employ people who have a personality of a wet fish? The young girl at the till looked like she wanted to be anywhere else apart from where she was. However she has great throwing skills so maybe I’ll see her in the Olympics someday. There is a picture of my receipt so maybe management can work out who she is and retrain her….. The positives: my strawberry milkshake was delicious and the place was immaculate.

There is no atmosphere because there are no employees at the front counter. They all sit in the back on their phones playing— please who was the pioneer fast food has become the worst place to get fast food from I am disgusted with all the McDonald’s in the Mohawk, Valley

If you are gonna leave someone in the drive thru for 20 minutes with no other cars maybe make sure you give me my whole order. You guys really suck lately. This is the 3rd time in a row something happened. Im done with you guys. Do better

OK so the main restaurant looks as if nobody has cleaned all day, 8 people waiting for orders. It says they are serving them but they haven't even started them just trying to keep these wait times low in the computer. Bathrooms have not been cleaned all either by the look and smell of them. The employees have also not acknowledged a single in restaurant customer. They are catering to the drive through and forgetting about the in-store people. Parking still has an excessive amount of ice past an acceptable amount of time from the last snowfall. My food was lukewarm at best, my BIG was falling apart and I had to reassemble it. And I got like 7.5 nuggets even with the box being labeled 10, but then again the don't pay them to read I guess.

Helpful and pleasant staff took my order, rude girl gave me directions on how to eat a burger patty with a spoon, minus a star. quarter pounder patties were a little pink inside, I hope we don't get sick. Sricky floor and paper debris on the floor, yuck. Bare ones, no napkins, no catsup ... Weird.
