McDonald's Menu Prices at 1200 Nepperhan Ave ★3.8 (1908)

So I just took my kids to this McDonalds location today. I I went through the drive through and ordered 3 things. The person gave me my order (with all the drinks) and said here you go. So I thought the bag had all 3 meals in there. As I pulled out I check the bags a realized they didn’t give me my number 3 (the double quarter pound with cheese). So I turn around and went into the store. First it took them about 6 minutes to even acknowledge me at the register. Finally a women came and I explained I didn’t get one of my meals. She really nasty asked for a receipt. I told her they never gave me one (my fault for not asking for one when I didn’t get one) and there was no receipt on the bag. She said she can’t do anything if there was no receipt. I had to explain to her 3 times that I literally just came through the drive through and did not get a receipt. She finally said she will get the manager and “they will tell you the same thing”. Finally the manager comes and I explain the same thing. He doesn’t say anything just walks away. I’m standing there for at least 10 minutes waiting for my food that they forgot to give me. As I wait I go back to my car to make sure a receipt was not in my bag (there wasn’t). I go back inside and they finally had my order but just the burger. When I repeat myself again that it was the meal he told me that I was wrong and never said that. Then he wanted me to bring the rest of my order in so they can mark it as “waste”, which made no sense to me. I told him yet again the rest of my order was fine it was just the one meal. After going back and forth for a little bit he finally gave me my order. Well almost, it was just the quarter pounder with cheese and not the double but I was so annoyed I don’t want to continue arguing. Please do better training your employees.

Since this place has been remodeled It’s like they hired most dumbest people. I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered a shareable meal, but when I checked the bag, there was no sauce included. I asked the girl at the window for sweet and sour sauce, but she handed us BBQ instead. When we told her we had asked for sweet and sour, she turned to her manager saying something in spanish . He came to the window, asked for the BBQ back, and as my husband was handing them back, two sauces fell. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, the manager told us we weren’t getting any sauce at all and then shut and locked the drive-thru window right in front of us. This was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. Something as small as a dipping sauce should not have turned into such a rude and negative experience.

I love this restaurant. Milagros is a manager that always has a smile and third to help me. I know that sometimes customers have attitude but she's refused it. good for her, because she is there for help us. 👏👏👏👏. I go to the restaurant 4 times a week. The food is good. the time is a little bit hard because not enough employees. 4.9 of 5 Stars 🤩

I order 2 burgers they give to me different burgers even though I ordered 2 of the same ones.

I want to start by saying that I work in the food industry myself, so I always try to lead with patience and understanding toward anyone working in this field. On Saturday, December 20th, around 8:30 PM, we placed a to-go order consisting of nuggets and four orders of fries. When we got home—about 30 minutes away—we realized the fries were DOUSED in salt. I have photos to prove it. This is not an exaggeration; the amount of salt felt intentional, and I truly don’t understand how this could happen. We have children, and none of them could eat their food. The nuggets also tasted noticeably different than usual, which added to our concern. By the time we noticed the issue, returning was not an option due to the distance. We are always respectful and kind to employees, and we understand mistakes happen. However, this experience resulted in a loss of time, unnecessary stress, and a significant expense—this was not a $20 order, but nearly $45 wasted. Additionally, the man at the drive-thru window displayed poor customer service. When we asked for the remainder of our drinks, he did not say a single word and responded only with what felt like a sarcastic smile. His demeanor came across as rude and condescending, which was disappointing and uncomfortable. He never responded to anything we said. Nothing. Just looked. Check on that man because something is amiss. Management needs to be more attentive to employee behavior and food quality, because experiences like this drive customers away. Unfortunately, this visit has made us decide not to return. I’ll take this as a sign to stop eating at McDonald’s altogether. Merry Christmas. Thank you for wasting my money.
