McDonald's Menu Prices at 8240 Springboro Pike ★3.4 (2449)

Ordered two smoothies through the app to be told they weren’t available. That’s fine but I was then told to try for a refund through the app. Come home to find out there’s no option to process a refund through the app. Not going to go back and waste even more time over it. Just ganna stay away from McDonalds for a while. EDIT: Aside from the two smoothies I got 2 apple pies. This was one of them. There’s not even pie filling in it. Got 1/4 items right smh.

I am a simple man with one simple request every time I eat at McDonald’s. I want hot fries. Not warm. Not kind of hot. Hot. A lot of places miss the mark on that, but not today. Today Kyniah made my entire day. She listened when I asked for fresh hot fries and she made sure the person working the fryer knew how important it was to get them right. That alone earned five stars. Hot fries are my favorite food in the world and always have been. When I was a kid my mom made me wait until I got home to eat them. Ever since I turned eighteen years old those fries have never made it out of the parking lot. I am fifty two now and that has not changed one bit. To make things even better, Ty brought out my order. The fries were not the correct ones at first. The moment I mentioned it he apologized, turned around and went straight back inside to grab the hottest and freshest fries they had. No attitude. No hesitation. Just excellent customer service. These two employees are outstanding and this location has officially earned a loyal fan. Thank you for hiring people who truly care about doing the job right. I will absolutely be back soon.

First time having to write a review for this Mcdonald's. Normally I would say this is a pretty okay place, normally speed is fine and for the most part food is served correctly. Only writing today because of how bad of an experience I had at the place I had been frequenting for lunch. I have never had staff openly calling customers idiots or stupid in front of the customers which would be whatever but apparently I'm the idiot for someone giving me the wrong food that had to be remade because it was missing from a different order? I'm the idiot because I immediately checked my food and brought it back for the correct food? Don't get me wrong, there are idiots out there trying to be difficult or trying to make things hard on staff, but again I'm the idiot because you gave me the wrong food. I don't care my food took a little longer, I don't even care that it was wrong. What I do care about is having staff talk shit directly about me when I'm just trying to get my CORRECT lunch. If you're going to order from this location I recommend ordering from the app and picking it up inside. Times are faster, I've never had issues with wrong food, and honestly never had to go back in to be called an idiot to my face.

My order is always accurate, but sometimes the sandwiches are built without care. This has only happened once or twice, hence the 4 stars. It's my only beef with this location, thus I must vocalize it. Still- 4 stars. All the staff are super friendly too!

Placed a mobile order and when I got to the window they had me pull up to wait. Already 2 other cars waiting so I pulled into a spot reserved for drive thru. A lady came up to my window asking if I had the bagel I said no I had a mobile order and she walked off. Then came back to ask me what was in my order and I told her. She came back with my food which had the list of items on the bag. I then check my food and one of the items was made wrong. So I go through the line again and let them know that. The girl at the speaker said to pull around to the 2nd window and they will give me a new one. I pull around and she asks for the sandwich back which I thought was weird bc normally no one asks for it back. Then handed me a new bag. Come to find out that sandwich was also made incorrectly. At this point I was so annoyed so I just left. There’s always something wrong when I come to this McDonald’s.
