McDonald's Menu Prices at 11015 State Route 250 N ★3.2 (1424)

Was very impressed by this McDonalds! I haven’t had food from Mcdonalds this fresh in a long time. The staff was very nice and on top of their game. Very clean and welcoming inside, and decorated for Valentines day! So cute! Other staff was cleaning around the dining room, and even checked in on us, asking if our food was okay.

Stopped here for lunch after registering our daughter for school - big mistake. The manager running the front counter was downright rude & nasty - and the cleanliness of the restaurant was disgusting. We ordered through the kiosk, grabbed our table tent, and sat down. We waited a bit, and after hearing a number being called after our own, we decided to just check and make sure we didn’t miss our order. The manager was extremely rude when asked if we had missed our order, and we apologized, saying we had heard a number over ours and just wanted to check one. She publicly shamed us in front of patrons for asking. A lady then appeared with a smile and handed us our food. We took the tray and sat down. The floor, tables, and seats are covered in food and dirt. We’ve currently been here for over thirty minutes and not once has anyone come to wipe down a table or clean the floor. When I went back up to ask for napkins and salt/ketchup, the manager looked at me, then to the lady next to me, and said, “what do you want?” The lady replied that she needed the same. With a hefty sigh, and an eye roll, she turned around, grabbed two trays(one with salt/one with ketchup,) smacked them down in front of us, split the napkins, and said “here” shoving half at each of us. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonalds. 10/10 would not MC-Recommend unless there’s a MC-Attitude adjustment and the place gets MC-cleaned.

This establishment can't make coffee after the early morning hours... And more importantly they don't care.. numerous times after morning hours coffee is old and they don't care because it's the lunch crew. That's how you throw them a curveball. Just order one coffee. Messes up the entire staff for lunch. Well it should anyway if they made fresh coffee but they don't. And again they don't care.

Fries were very crispy and gave the impression as if they were old and the dropped in the grease again. Was not aware of that until I was quite a distance away. I suppose the slush was made right when it was ordered because by the time I was at the pick up window there was a considerable amount that was no longer frozen. And of course, the ice cream machine was down.

This location costs more because it is close to kalahari water park I guess? Never made any sense to me.Why they aren't all just the same price. Don't go inside. The service inside is nonexistent, and it is always very messy. Service through the drive through is a little slow, but fine.
