McDonald's Menu Prices at 8105 E Admiral Pl ★3.4 (3801)

This place needs to be shut down asap order my food online went to go pick it up they got the order wrong 4 times till they got it right got home took a bite they gave me raw chicken!!! Like are you serious !!! Heading to the hospital to get myself check out

What is the point of mobile ordering if you still have to wait 30 minutes in a parking spot, even though you ordered the food 20 minutes before you even got there? I even clicked the "I'm here" button before getting to the actual store just to make sure they'd be working on it. It wasn't a crazy large order either. When they finally got it out there was no "sorry for your wait" or anything like that. Just a "here." It was definitely not a good experience. Wanted to update: The GM emailed me and said they would replace the order. So I went to the McDonald's and they only gave me a small part of the order, which honestly wasn't a huge deal. But the way I was treated was absolutely atrocious. They acted like I was basically trying to steal from them. This store obviously lacks customer service. I wouldn't send my dog to this location after that interaction. All over a $20 dollar order that I didn't even get to eat because I had to wait so long I was late for an appointment. At first I thought they were really trying to make it right but obviously not. I've never had such a bad experience from anyone working in food and I am a former restaurant GM myself. What I experienced today was completely unacceptable and if you treat everyone like that you won't get any customers.

Never did I ever think I would leave MickyDees a 5 star! Never had good service or experience in one and I rarely stop in anymore but today I feel moved to give feedback. As I dropped my husband at TUL airport, I needed to find a restroom and was routed to McD’s on my journey back home- ran in ordered an obligatory breakfast meal. The cute brace faced Latina was so pleasant and eager to learn (she was obviously new and taking direction from her manager). The manager though…. Was awesome as she was very anticipating the needs of the customers and housekeeping duties. I was SO APPRECIATIVE after finding BOTH Bathrooms closed for cleaning and before I could complain she already asked her employee to exit the women’s bathroom so I could do my business and he was very prompt and friendly as he stopped what he was doing. THIS RIGHT HERE IS HOW ESTABLISHMENTS USED TO BE RAN WHEN PEOPLE ACTUALLY CARED! Thank you all for taking pride in your work! PS: I almost didn’t stop because it wasn’t the best neighborhood but so glad I did because it was CLEAN and my order was handed to me in a friendly manner and it was FRESH!

So one of the employees put my order in a DoorDash bag and didn’t call out the number or nothing for 10 minutes and now I was late to work because of that, pay attention to the tickets and put it in the right bags. I used to work at McDonalds and I’ve never seen anyone do that crap before. Get it together

Got raw chicken from there tonight after they got my order wrong 4 times got home and this is the final remake of the order this is beyond dangerous and don’t recommend going to the admiral location.
