I ordered Happy Meals specifically for the Zootopia toys, and after everything was paid for, I was told they didn’t have any — with zero prior notice. That’s really frustrating and honestly feels disrespectful to the customer. The staff apologized and I appreciate that, but this location seriously needs to do better. Please don’t treat customers’ money like it doesn’t matter.

Tried to hand us the wrong order, pointed it out and they gave us our order looking like this. I imagine they get away with it because most folks are from out of town and won't make enough of a fuss to turn around and come back. Thank God I don't live in this town or have to deal with this location frequently if this is what they think is acceptable to hand out.

It was not a very pleasant visit. The app would not let us check in. Had to go inside to complete check-in. After a good little wait, they finally brought our food with no drinks. I asked the car hop where the drinks were, and she just looked at me blankly and left. So Connie goes in to get our drinks. Meanwhile, a person comes out and rudely asked "Are you still waiting on food?" We finally got our drinks. The food is cold with rubbery fries and the wrong sauce. The value meals aren't really much of a value. I think I will just eat at home next time.

I was in this MC 09.17.2025. Around 9pm This shift was wonderful, happy faces, nice clothes Some even approached the table to ask me if I needed anything else I often eat in MC, but the employees here were the best in every sense Everything else was very good Cleanliness, food... Great job young people 😊

McDonald's is diving as quickly as possible to the bottom of chain restaurants and this one is doing nothing to stop it. The redesign that is happening nationwide is a disaster in my opinion and the key reason I avoid them whenever possible. The food from this location was just McDonald's standard, nothing else. Service thru the drive thru was a mess. 5 -6 cars waiting both times I was there on February 8th. And a 10 minute plus wait each time. I don't live here so I was just traveling through north and south on that day. The ones close to me are not any better either. What a shame, McDonald's use to be a good place to take the kids to enjoy reasonable priced meals and maybe some play time.
