McDonald's Menu Prices at 1015 Sw Lee Blvd ★3.5 (1916)

I’ve gone to this McDonald’s several times and I’ve had issues quite often. Today, I went up there and ordered my breakfast online with a bag of ice. It took them over 10 minutes to get me my bag of ice I had to go in there three separate times to ask for the bag of ice and then whenever I caught up there to speak to the manager, they were very disrespectful and rude and hung up I called back up there and I wanna know who hung up on me. The manager says he’s not giving out the information. I said if you’re the manager, can I have your name he goes we do not give out that information. I will be contacting corporate because this was the worst experience so far up there. They have an excess amount of employees working right now so it wasn’t lack of employees for the reason why I didn’t get my ice. It was management failure. Especially whenever I’ve had to go in there three times to ask for the bag of ice. I caught up there again and they just hung up on me. I caught up there again and they hung up on me. Burger King‘s right across the street and I get better service. McDonald’s do better. Went to this McDonald’s last week and ordered two sausage burritos and a iced coffee. I was told they were out of sausage burritos whenever I got there this was an online order but I could choose another item in its place so I did the sausage McMuffin two of them and I asked if this is in lieu of the sausage burritos and they said yes. I was fine with that. It’s $.40 no big deal whenever I get to the front she’s like oh you have to pay for those sausage McMuffins because you didn’t pay for them on your online order. She says we will refund you immediately for the sausage burritos. Here it is almost a week later no refund. I go to the location. I’m asking about the getting the two burritos don’t worry about refunding my money just give me the two burritos they said they’re unable to do that. I need to get a hold of HR and get HR involved in order for me to get my roughly $3.70 back. I’m not doing that. I said you’ll just lose a customer and the lady at the window was like you’ll stop coming here over three dollars. I go yes because if you stole three dollars for me, you stolen three dollars from other people. I go to the front get my iced coffee. Ask the Guy that was working there and I have a manager‘s name. He’s like we don’t give out managers names or anyone’s names cause it’s a safety hazard. First of all you were name tags I’m asking for a first name. And he slammed the window on me. So I waited. He opened it up again. I’m like I need the manager‘s name he’s refusing. So not only does this. McDonald’s have rude people and the lady at the first window remembered me they’re stealing from their customers. They’re very rude. They’re very disrespectful. I hope this place gets shut down. I’m telling y’all go to Brahms. It’s a hell of a lot better. You can get a big burrito and a large drink before 10:30 AM for $4.24. You can do a whole meal for 89+ tax don’t go to this McDonald’s Brahms please open one back up on Lee Street. I have a video of them saying that there’s nothing they can do to talk to HR. Too bad we can’t post videos on here. Yes my car has a camera in it records. Everything that goes on.

Usually this place is fine. Today they were awful. I had a mobile order for a mcdouble meal with no pickles and no onions. I pick it up and it has onions on it. Go to have it remade and they take 15 minutes to remake it. The manager and employee I spoke to were rude and pointed out it was busy. That's not my problem. You screwed my order up. Fix it as soon as possible. Don't make me wait 15 more minutes while the rest of my food gets cold because you suck at managing and your employee isn't working. Yes I already did your survey.

Would be cool if when I ordered a medium fry it was filled. Would also be cool if they asked if I wanted ice and a cup when I ordered water or a bottle. Would be VERY cool if she didn't just let the window slam after giving us our food and asked if we'd like anything else.... which btw they forgot a fry too. So we would have liked someone confirming before trying to send us off. Maybe AI could do better than humans now a days.. wow Boyfriend said that hat I forgot to mention the extreme ruckess behind window while we were waiting for our food. As a millennial baby this shit would NEVER pass.

A friend was unable to pickup my order even with the order information and refuse to give it to them. They had the order number and my name and still refuse to give them my order to them. Absolutely no difference then doing doordash, Uber Eats, etc. You provide them the order number and they hand it go them. Shading business. Refund won't hit till after midnight and may take 3-5 business days to even see that money back on my card. I order through the McDonald's App.

We came in at around 11:30 today and tell me why a chicken sandwich I pay for is damn near raw!!! Ridiculous and you could honestly do way better than that. But yet again that’s what I get for thinking people who have a job actually go there to work! Lol!
