I recently moved to Mustang and I've been to this McDonald's a couple of times. I've seen some bad reviews , but I haven't had a bad experience yet here. I've dined in and used the drive thru with no problems. The first time I dined in I did have a problem with the wi-fi to order on the app , but after a couple of tries I was successful. On the tables they have numbers and says you can order and have brought to your table , but the one time I tried to do so I couldn't get it to do so on the app so I ordered for pickup at the counter and got it myself. Everything I've gotten has been freshly made and presented properly. Every year when the McRib comes out I go get it at least once and when I got it here it was made proper and had plenty of sauce on it. I've had it in the past at other places and a couple times they were a little stingy with the sauce. I also tried the Frozen Fanta Berry Mix for the first time and if you haven't had one , give it a try , I liked it. I got the Filet of Fish here once and again it was freshly made. You can tell when a Filet of Fish has been sitting in a warming tray. The only complaint I can say is in Las Vegas where I moved from , I would order a Plain Sundae and add Mini M&M's for like 40 cents extra and it came in the plastic sundae cup. Well , here on the app you can't do that. You have to order a Mini McFlurry and it comes in like a cardboard milk carton like back in grade school. I'm not a fan of that and I liked it better not mixed up in a McFlurry. My daughter in law says the same thing. This location seems to always be pretty busy in the drive thru and the lobby. I have to say I was impressed to see the last time I dined in they had one of the crew on a ladder taking down each of the ceiling air vents and cleaning them. I worked at McDonald's in high school during the early 80's and we were always cleaning. I've noticed over the years that many McDonald's don't seem to keep up with the cleaning standards we did for the lobby , bathrooms , and counter area much less what we cannot see in the kitchen. This location seems to be on top of things. The parking lot is small for the amount of business that comes here , but I don't see any trash blowing around it looks to be in order and the flag flying high each day. Good job McDonald's.

Crazy, we have to check ourselves in , place our own order Next up = Guess we can be handed the broom, mops and cleaning supplies be expected to clean for them as well Bring in full Automation!!!

I’m very disappointed with my recent order. The Big Mac I received was messy, poorly packed, and looked unappetizing. Lettuce was everywhere inside the box, and it seemed like no care was taken when preparing it. For a well-known brand like McDonald’s, this level of quality is unacceptable. I expected at least a clean, properly assembled burger — not something that looks thrown together. Very disappointing experience.

I never take time off my precious day to write a review anywhere but today I felt like I had 2 after my Christmas got ruined after I got home and realized I had missing food might’ve also been my fault because I didn’t take the time to check the bag because I used 2 trust that my food that I paid for would all be there horrible experience some of my kids didn’t get to eat on Christmas will never be coming back to this location Please hire employees that can do there job right so I don’t have too take time off my precious Christmas night 2 write a horrible complain that js makes yall look horrible. DO BETTER!

I recently visited the McDonald’s at Mustang, and overall, it was a positive experience. The food quality was good, but there’s room for improvement when it comes to parking. In the future the parking lot might expand on the drive thru side so that I can visit the other places nearby but also visit the McDonalds. Not a big deal since I understand that other lane is used to leave the McDonalds but that’s just a minor problem. The food did take a while to come out (it was a 15-20 minute wait). Overall 4 stars.
